It wasn't safe to be driving. My car has not been driven since March and has been in the shop since April. Do you think Finnicum has tried to do anything at all....4 weeks, 5 weeks, 8 weeks........After 10 weeks in the shop I texted and told Tony I was going to get an attorney before there was even any traction. Then all of a sudden finnicum was willing to buy it back, but at what they were offering it was a no deal. I am still waiting on my car today. It should have been ready on the 27th of June, then it was the 3rd now it's the 5th of July. 11 weeks in the shop, I still do not have my car, I have been having to rent a car for months, it's been an emotional, mental and financial nightmare. As long as I live and as loud as I can I am going to tell everyone how finnicum has treated me and handled this situation. It should have been resolved weeks ago but they thought it would be cheaper to fix than replace...... think that's gonna cost them some business too. A cheap old used car lot, that what finnicum is and a handshake means you got screwed. Trust me, the cars look shiny and pretty but if you get a bad car or a lemon like in my case, it's a freaking nightmare.

Now, after paying cash for Gap insurance and cancelling we cannot get our money credited back to account. They said 45 days and still no credit to account after 46 days. They just don't care about consumer once deal is done. Vehicle speedometer was way off, cost 175.00 to fix. Vehicle had no power going up hills and in 5th & 6th gear. Cost 190.00 to fix that.
