The next day, as my wife was pulling in, the truck we were looking at was being parked by another couple interested as well. There was also another interested customer earlier that day, apparently waited to hit the bank to buy the truck. Albany Quality Cars had told both parties they had to wait on my wife to make a decision. In short, this dealership has integrity and morals that I can't say I have seen in all my car buying years. It was very admirable. I did not get a chance to meet them in person, but they were the nicest people over the phone and so helpful. My wife enjoyed her experience so much she wants to buy our next car from them in the near future! WE LOVE THE TRUCK!

I purchased the vehicle from D&K auto in person on a credit card. 10 days after I bought the…read morevehicle, the transmission completely stopped working. I later took it to a different mechanic, who told me that the transmission was completely shot, which differed from what D&K Auto told me (D&K said they had replaced it the year before and had a warranty on it). The mechanic also said that questionable work was done on the AC, which caused all of the freon to leak out. This caused me to look into the business, and I discovered that both their Dealer License and Tax ID were not current or valid. They sold me a broken used car illegally and pocketed almost $1,000 in taxes! They refuse to take my calls or answer my emails.

Great experience with Prince of Albany today. I got there early and Gene the service advisor lets me in. My car was first in line. I went Nextdoor for breakfast and coffee at Waffke House. Prince and Gene kept up with me and kept me informed with their app and text. I had a short wait, courteous service and a pleasant environment. I love my GM dealer! Then a very unmotivated person named Rasheed answered and said they had the van, but wouldn't be able to look at it until the following week, And that they probably couldn't repair it until March. This man sounded rather slow and lazy, and he confirmed it. So I had the vehicle towed AGAIN to an amazing Chevy Dealer in Snyderville. They repaired everything, performed a number of additional services since it was already in the shop, and my son was back on the road..... not only in FEBRUARY...but that afternoon.
