What they don't understand is that I DID find a reputable company that came out & fixed my unit that their guy couldn't. I was told it was the wire nut. Kentucky Climate tech charges $59 just to come out and look and then they tell me they don't install anything unless it's bought thru them. I'm speechless, 30 min job to run two copper hoses from furnace to AC all electrical is already there and they said "NO you have to buy it from us" which of course would cost me thousands more. I went down to my mothers house and diagnosed it as a bad start capacitor. I called jones Saturday and told them my mom needs a 55/5 UF capacitor and I asked if he had one in stock it turned out he did have the exact capacitor we needed on his truck and came by within the hour to install it. They charged a very reasonable $65 service call fee and no extra for a weekend appointment. Now my mom's air conditioner is working again. It's tough these days find someone who does what they say and keep their word, I always appreciate it when I find someone who does. Super nice guy and I appreciate you helping my mom out.
