They also went over the repair agreement thoroughly, including the $75 diagnostic fee, which goes toward the cost of any repair. At first, I got a call saying the motherboard was completely damaged and likely beyond repair, which was disappointing. Then the next day, they called back and said they had spent more time looking into it and were actually able to fix it. The repair ended up costing an additional $150, but it was absolutely worth it. My kids' PS5 had stopped accepting discs, and now it's working again. They also advised against relying on random YouTube repair tutorials (oops), since DIY fixes can sometimes make the problem much worse (especially if you're clueless like me). Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely come back here again, although hopefully I won't need to anytime soon!

Saw him pouring alcohol on it to get the glue off...when he was done the cameras were blurry...three hours later trying to fix it...nothing. $163.12 for a battery replacement and now I have a damaged phone because Apple at the other end of the store said it is water damaged and cannot be fixed.. I do not recommend these clowns. Now I am out $163 and had to get a new used phone for $600 the evening. Phone is turning purple as the evening goes on as they really screwed it up.. DONT GO THERE. I will get some restitution as these guys should not be in business. A Lady before us was waiting as they couldn't even put on a screen protector right and had to do it again..

The worst part of the deal is; is that the technicians knew that the screens sucked from previous complaints. They advised me that it was the only iPhone 7 screen they had left and that's why they installed it. Anyway to make my rant longer they agreed to replace my screen with a better quality screen once they are in stock which is fine except for the fact that I have to take time out of my busy day to do it. Communication is key in all service based businesses. Could have saved everyone time and money, honext time. So, I went back this morning to have the screen replaced as previously stated and everything went great. They made good on their promise and then some. They replaced my screen and threw in a complimentary screen protector and discounted my previous bill. Accordingly, I'm updating my stars to 4.5 as the overall experience was very professional and fast. At the end of the day I will use their services in the future; any business can have an imperfect day as long as they implement real time corrections to the customer as was done here.
