Unfortunately, it feels like he took my money and disappeared. That's unprofessional, disappointing, and frankly disrespectful. There are just a lot of moving parts in a small area moving together. Service will be slow as much of it is made to order. Be patient. It's worth it. Just prior to leaving, he was attentive and asked what I tried. I let him know I liked everything I ordered and had some spring rolls to take home. He said I should have also tried his beef jerky with sticky rice. He gave me a huge portion of each and saw me off. As soon as I got to my car, I tried a bit of it with rice. Not as chewy as most beef jerkys, but it was a bit chewier, and it paired well with the rice, which was stickier than say Japanese or Chinese rice. From what I can tell, he has a local following. Everyone seemed happy with what they had gotten. Overall, I liked it. It was a bit pricy in my book. With tip, it came to $25.00. For payment, he only receives Apple Pay, Venmo, or cash.
