But after that every follow-up email took longer and longer to get a response, and when I asked multiple times for an updated quote so I could move forward with a deposit and secure my date, I was completely ghosted. Unfortunately, it feels like he took my money and disappeared. That's unprofessional, disappointing, and frankly disrespectful. Weddings are stressful enough without vendors wasting time and hard-earned money. Proceed with caution before considering this business.

Sikes Southern BBQ serves smoked bbq ribs, pulled pork, and wing options including a pulled pork taco, pulled pork sandwich, pulled pork nachos, 3 rib plate with 2 sides, pulled pork & rib combo with 2 sides, pulled pork plate with 2 sides, sweet bbq wing plate with 2 sides, and a Sikes southern Sunday with home-made mac & cheese topped with baked beans pulled pork & coleslaw with bbq sauce. For $1 more than the taco, the portion size of pork included with the sandwich is slightly larger than the taco but the taco was filling enough for me. My coworkers were all pretty happy with their meal too. 8/10 I'm not a huge BBQ pork fan but I can say this BBQ pork was pretty good and I'd probably have it again. Sike Southern BBQ's pricing was very reasonable. If they ever visit your offices or area, I definitely recommend trying them out!
