He exceeded my expectation on every level from the professionalism of his entire team, the way the food was displayed for the event and most importantly the quality of the food was absolutely incredible! Whether you're wanting someone to cater your backyard barbecue, or the most elaborate, plated dinner he's a culinary genius and will not disappoint

The rest needs to be set up with tables and a canopy. Once organized, there's a team of people working in different areas of this outdoor kitchen. Some are preping, others are grilling, and others are runners. The system seems to work for Sedd, but at my standpoint, it looked chaotic. And I don't mean it negatively. There are just a lot of moving parts in a small area moving together. Service will be slow as much of it is made to order. Be patient. It's worth it. I don't know if he changes up the menu, but this it what was served when I went. At first glance, you may think it's standard Asian fare. It's a bit different. Some bold flavors and combinations you may not have heard of. I opted for something that looked familiar, which was his take on pad Thai. Nice noodles cooked al dente. It had a bit more flavor than similar dishes I've had in the past. Next, I had an order of spring rolls. You get 5 in the box along with a chili dipping sauce. His spring rolls were veggie with some glass noodles. Nice flavor over all. The chili dipping sauce really didn't do it for me. I thought it was a bit bland. No heat and really no sweetness. Lastly, I ordered a chicken skewer. A nice chunk of marinated chicken on a stick. It was tender and seasoned well. It's probably one of his best dishes. Just prior to leaving, he was attentive and asked what I tried. I let him know I liked everything I ordered and had some spring rolls to take home. He said I should have also tried his beef jerky with sticky rice. He gave me a huge portion of each and saw me off. As soon as I got to my car, I tried a bit of it with rice. Not as chewy as most beef jerkys, but it was a bit chewier, and it paired well with the rice, which was stickier than say Japanese or Chinese rice. From what I can tell, he has a local following. Everyone seemed happy with what they had gotten. Overall, I liked it. It was a bit pricy in my book. With tip, it came to $25.00. For payment, he only receives Apple Pay, Venmo, or cash.
