Brad and Aaron walked me through the whole process, from giving me background to decide if this was something I wanted to do or not, to giving me samples of material and showing off some of their other cars so I could get an idea of what I was in for. They were incredibly accommodating even as I had to leave my car with them for an extra week since I was going out of town. The work was completed on time at an extremely high quality and I was thrilled with the result. Even after I received the car (and had paid in full) they continued to follow up and scheduled a check-in to make sure everything was still looking great. By the time the check-in came around I had driven about 1000 miles and had a little wear on the front sensors (model 3) and the water repellant nature of the coating had decayed quite a bit in some locations - potentially because I had driven the car so far right after the coating had been done. Brad took the car back in and fixed the sensor wear, had the surface coating of the car re-done and also touched up the chrome delete because he decided it could have been a little better - all at no cost. They said they did not want the debris in the Performance paint job to look like they failed to clean the surface before they put on the new bra. They gave me a recommendation for a towing company to bring my car to their shop. They allowed me to leave my rental car there and they contacted Enterprise so that it could get picked up. They gave me a breakdown of everything that they did on my car. One of their mechanics went to look at the car with me to make sure that I understood everything and felt comfortable before I left. They vacuumed and cleaned my car that had not been touched since the accident. Before dropping my car off, I was too anxious to even get in my car. I was so appreciative of them taking that step to make sure that it looked great when I drove it for the first time in two months. The repairs were covered by insurance so I can't really speak to the price. However, in the past I never felt that they were overcharging. Overall, working with them was so stress free. After having a very hard time going back-and-forth with insurance, this was the blessing I needed.
