Internet inquiry, Ken was 1st back to me. After a chat, he as a fellow Vet I decided to give him the Viper Remote Starter install. Unit works fine however I had a distinct rattling from the dash. I called giving as time I could drop by as I am in NKY and he on River Rd west side. He sluffed off my issue as maybe it was there and I didn't notice it. A BS get rid of me comment. My sons could hear it knowing my car was immaculately clean and tight. I took it to an Body Shop and the tech rode with me discovering the panel under the dash had a broken clip that allowed it to flex and rattle with almost constant road vibrations and louder on bumps. The panel is $120 new and I have had it replaced at my expense. If Ken had taken the high road he could have fixed it for under $50 with an Ebay part and had a happy customer. He took another path causing me a month of rattling irritation in a cavern quiet Lexus ls460 until I could get it diagnosed and repaired. Body man took the broken one out and put the good one in for free as it was easy access. Remote start works fine but he will not get my Android Auto install as I wouldn't give him another chance after being less than forthright with me. A car with 53000 miles never wrecked period could not get the cover clip broken without someone prying it wrongly and breaking it. Sorry, an Army Brother that helped you but you failed me. I have pics but done with this situation. A cheap easy fix that would have earned more money but I was mislead. Sad & Frustrating and had to let it out. Fixed for under $50 but with a hassle and irritation. Car is now totally quiet as prior. read more

Scheduled appointment for my 2006 Porsche Cayman S to have the stock stereo replaced with touch screen Apple Play stereo. Very Responsive! I contacted them through Yelp, got a quote and went in the very next morning to get an automatic car starter installed into my son's car for Christmas! That was 21st of December. I was amazed at the volume of customers going in and out of this small business. The front desk guy, John was super knowledgeable... to the point of obsession.
