As a fellow business owner I was very impressed with the prompt response time And hospitality. after communicating with the owner a few times back-and-forth, I was able to get in for a early morning appointment. I had quite a wait, and a vehicle in front of mine but after four or five hours, I was finally done. The entire time I waited the guys checked on me from time to time and made sure I was cool. I came here initially because of all the great reviews. Even then I am usually skeptical. However, Eduardo and his team did not disappoint. Nothing but straight professionalism and friendly service at a reasonable price. I came here initially to have a dashcam installed (front and rear) for my son's car. They did an amazing job. It looks like a factory install and works great. The second time I came here I was having the same thing done in my vehicle. This is where they went the extra mile. Once it was installed (again looking like a factory install) the dashcam behaved oddly. Power would not come on sometimes and other times it would. When we went back Eduardo personally looked into it and found that the wiring to connect the dashcam to the electrical system had been labelled incorrectly. Once this was discovered and fixed everything worked perfectly. They stand behind their work. And even when it is the manufacturer's mistake they will help you fix the issue. Went in to have a new radio system put into my Nissan Altima ( and spent $540. Left and was very happy with the screen and radio. When I got home I realized that I could no longer answer calls through my steering wheel (picking up and hanging up)...called them back and they said everything was tested before I left but to come back. Ended up going back today to get it fixed and was told that after looking at it more stated for some reason it cant be done and they are just now finding this out. I have a 2017 Nissan Altima but for some reason my edition they stated it couldn't work and the mechanic looked at me and said "is that ok?" What? My issues are the following, I was NEVER told that it might be an option for my steering wheel buttons or back up camera or anything else 'MIGHT' not work if I installed a new radio, they were very confident they could do this! I was told when I picked up my car that EVERYTHING was tested, clearly that didn't happen either or they would have caught this issue. I then had to ask to speak to the owner who stated the wires for the steering wheel that they charged me are $50 and the labor was $50 for that part and the best he could do was refund me $50 on $540 knowing how upset I was. Why would I pay for labor on something that never ended up working? Needless to say I don't think that $50 is acceptable nor did I receive that. If I try to resell or trade in my car now with buttons that do not work my car has now just lost value and that is worth a lot more than $50.00. My options are to return have them put back in my old system and hopefully everything works again or deal with not being able to use my buttons. Not the best experience and not worth what I paid. read more

hello ,in response to your reply ,alpine tech support says you are not anauthorized dealer and if you are then you ARE THE ONE THAT REPLACES THE SPEAKER and they send you the replacement ,thats how alpine handles the warrenty with theyre authorized dealers so my question to you is how are you going to handle this and also you installed my equipment not me myself ,and all this is due to the way you handled yourself with a paying customer ,your response will be shown to them and we can take it from there if you choose to go that route!everything ive stated was stated by alpine themseleves i wouldnt make this up! read more

The owner is the most reasonable guy around when it comes to car audio or electronics. I had my parents car come in and installed a backup camera with a new radio unit. He had all the parts in stock and had it done in no time. I took my own car and he installed a car alarm on it and made the adjustments all as necessary to how I needed. Also he fixed my subs, changed my speakers, tweeters and will be changing my head unit to a pioneer one too. He's really good at wiring and car mechanics. No wires showing and does everything very professionally. I already made a couple recommendations to him for a couple friends and they got their backup camera installed too. If I could give no stars I would. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! I came in with a brand new car and got subs and amp installed. Not even TWO WEEKS after I got them installed, my car started having problems. They wired my car wrong and killed a battery which lead to my alternator failing. I replaced the parts and my mechanic told me it's the wires but he would not touch them. Brought it back in and the owner has the biggest ego ever. I'm a young female and he spoke to me as I was the dumbest person alive. Making me feel small and telling me I don't know what I'm talking about bc I'm a woman. He is extremely rude and when I confronted him about the issues, ans told him I was already out $1500 from install, replacing battery and alternator due to HIS INCORRECT INSTALLATION, he refused to work with me and kept saying "my guys know what they are doing". He then told me they did in fact wire it wrong and my amp was not turning off when my car did. I went back in yesterday to get it completely uninstalled and the owner took the keys out my hand, did it then returned the keys to me. But when I asked him any questions, he said look for yourself. This company is a scam. Dishonest and out right rude. They should not be in business. Do not bring your car here unless you want to be in a constant battle with the asshole of an owner who thinks he's bigger and better than everyone else. I asked for a refund and also provided proof that my car was fine before I let them touch it, along with showed him the paperwork stating that the subs were the source of my problems and he still refused to give me a refund. So I'm now out 1800 as of yesterday with a brand new alternator after replacing it not even three months ago. And he could give a crap. Avoid this place at all cost. Edit per your response: Yes I did bring my own stuff AFTER I called and came in and ask what else I needed to buy in order to install. They are JL audio speakers and a west coast custom amp. Good quality speakers that I have had installed in my last car and I never had one problem. I brought the "guy" with me as he's my boyfriend and I told him how you treated me in the past and he was Off and came with me as back up bc you kept making me feel stupid when I brought something to your attention. Yes I got my car towed to the mechanic who has been working on mine and my families cats for years bc my car wouldn't start. Last time I checked, you're an audio company not a mechanic so sorry that was my first thought when my car wouldn't start. I then called you personally and told you I was having problems again and I would be bringing my car in to have YOU check on it since you told me that I needed to call you first next time, but again, my alternator and battery were shot after 3 months and I had to get it towed yet again. End of story. Terrible company and attitude. How about an apology and just own up to the fact that you guys messed up and cost me 1900$ in the last 4 months. Two batteries and two alternators. As well as not offering a refund due to your incorrect installation the first time. I came to get in uninstalled as I'm over being taken advantage of by you. Eduardo is the king. I originally went to a friend of mine that I thought new what he was doing and I blew a fuse and my amp! I went to Eduardo and admitted what I have done so he told me what was best. "We are going to rip out all of the wiring your friend did and sell you our very reliable and thick 100% aluminum wiring" at first I was confused, it's just wiring tho what's the big deal. When he brought me to the garage and made me hold a PIECE of wiring I understood. My hand dropped from how heavy it was and I realized these guys know what's up. He had my car for basically the whole day and even kept me updated. It's not a cheap and easy route though his work makes up for any costs. I plan to go back and get my tweeters installed soon and look forward to doing business with Eduardo again. My Nissan Altima is my pride and joy thanks to him. read more

Did a great job on my car installing subs. They are short-handed, so a one hour job took about six hours, and their limited stock meant I had to return the next day to finish the install after delivery of the second sub. Every time someone walked in, they would help them and stop working on my car, and I had made an appointment for a specific time. The amp was also about $60 more expensive compared to the same model on Amazon, but I am paying for the convenience so I get that. He also saved me about $50 on the subs, compared to Amazon so it was basically a wash. Those are the only reasons I couldn't go the full 5 stars. Now the good! Actually, the Excellent! The install was very clean! They do a fantastic job at hiding wires, mounting the amp, etc. it looks fantastic. The employee I worked with also took the time to sit down with me and describe the various wiring methods for my subs. He was extremely knowledgeable. So the end result was well worth the wait. We had them install a Pioneer radio and backup camera. We'd bought the radio on our own ahead of time, as my husband wanted a particular model and didn't expect to be able to find it locally. As it turns out, not only did they carry it, it would have been cheaper to have bought it there, so that was a mistake on our end. We purchased the backup camera through them. They insisted on doing a wired installation rather than a wireless, which was exactly what we wanted but hadn't expected to be able to get. I recently purchased a used - but in great condition - 2007 Ford F150. Having two kids - and constantly going where lots of little kids are running around like crazy - I quickly needed to replace the stock stereo with new one and add a backup camera. Luckily, my birthday and Xmas are just a few days apart, and I got a nice, new Pioneer bluetooth double-DIN head unit and back up camera. A few weeks ago, I reached out via yelp to request offers from local car audio companies. Eduardo from Techno Express quickly responded. He asked detailed questions so he could get the most accurate quote. Since I wasn't buying anything from him, only getting the items installed, i was worried he wouldn't treat this as much of a priority. However, I am glad to say I was wrong. Eduardo sent back a quote SUPER fast and, on the day after Xmas (today!) installed the unit and backup camera in only a few hours, despite his team being very busy. The quote was spot on, didn't charge me a dime more. The install was expertly done. The head unit looks like it came with the truck. The wiring job they did was great and makes sense. The camera hookup was done perfectly and works perfectly. Something I would have DEFINITELY screwed up had I tried it myself (i almost did..thanks GOD I am too tired from dealing with two kids home during winter break to attempt something so stupid!).
