I have been to several dentist upwards around 10 dentist in my adult life and of all the dentist I've experienced Dr. Strachan is my favorite. He cares about his patients and does every thing he can to make there visit as painless as possible. . Unfortunately to my carelessness I got a dry socket from my 2nd extraction and Dr. Strachan has been absolutely amazing at helping me. We went to Aspen to have the tooth pulled and there was no one there except for a technician who told us that all the dentists had gone home which meant we had to get another dentist. Luckily, Empire helped and extracted the tooth. Empire is great! If they had my insurance coverage ,I would certainly use them for all dentistry. Aspen called us about a week after appointment date wanting to service us. Maybe one day they will suffer with a toothache as my spouse did. I will NEVER, NEVER do (or try to do) business with Aspen again. They are horrible and the appearance of their location was filthy. I feel that this incident was meant to be as I've heard many bad things about their service.
