I talked to Taylor she was so sweet to me and got me in as soon as she could. I had to fill out some paperwork on my phone and sent it back during Covid. I got to my appointment like 10 mins early and got in exactly the time she promised me. I did have to sit in my car until they texted me and said I could come in. I had my temperature taken and was asked a few questions before going to the chair. It was a painless experience that was nice. I had a few xrays and then the dr came in explained to me what my options was. The only thing that hurt was the shot but I'll take that. I never felt him taking out a tooth. I'd highly recommend coming to this dentist.

I was a new patient (and from out of the area) and therefore I expected the typical routine of having to go through a full examine, consultation, x-rays, etc. This is what usually causes me to 'put-off' going to the Dentist. Although I understand the necessity, sometimes I feel it's just a bit much and overwhelming. I had a small need/concern with my tooth and Robert Hodous took me right in, addressed and fixed the problem. I was extremely impressed at the fact that he didn't push a 'new patient' work up on me and make me go through all the motions before fixing the problem. Dr. Cotham is so nice and calm and confident and made me feel 100% at ease about having a root canal. I just finished getting the root canal today it was quick and easy. I have dreaded this for so long and have such a relief that is over. He had his dental assistant Shelby were so gentle and efficient that I will be forever grateful. He arrived at that time, only to be told he should have been there at 9:00 AM to complete paperwork--and that there was no longer enough time for his appointment. He rescheduled for Monday. Shortly after, the office called to change the rescheduled time, which was fine. But then they called again to say he had "rescheduled/canceled too many times" and that the dentist was refusing to see him at all. Just be aware--this is the kind of policy and attitude you're dealing with. If anything goes wrong with your timing, even on a first visit, you may find yourself dropped altogether. We've brought our children here multiple times in the past, but after this experience, we won't be returning. I've never encountered such inflexibility in a practice that serves the public. It just doesn't make sense. Thankfully, there are plenty of other dentists out there.
