I had a very disappointing experience at Premier Dermatology. I specifically saw Dr. Clifton, assuming that because she is the owner, she would be highly skilled with cosmetic injections. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The results of both my filler and Botox were far below what I expected. In my personal opinion, she does not have an eye for cosmetic work, and the injections did not turn out well at all. What made the situation worse is that when I returned hoping for a correction, there was very little concern or effort to address the issues I was experiencing. I left feeling unheard and uncared for. There were no refunds or complimentary options offered to make things right. I paid $2,000 for what ended up being the worst service I've ever received as the botox hit a nerve next to my lip and my lip was tilted for 3 month! This is just my personal experience, but I would advise others to be very mindful about who they book with for cosmetic injectables. After my appointment, I started asking around, and several people shared similar concerns about their experiences. I truly wish I had known beforehand. Premier Dermatology gives excellent service. I had cysts removed from my scalp by Dr. Laura and she was the most skilled Doctor. Excellent listening, taking to me about a concern, and going the extra mile to remove a particularly difficult bump. She and her assistant were very professional and unwilling to give up on me long after I felt I had given up hope myself. When I had the stitches removed the nursing staff was first rate. When a run in with some plants in my yard caused an unexpected skin reaction the day after having my stitches removed, I ASSUMED the problem had to do with having the stitches removed. The staff at Premiere Dematology saw me the next day and quickly ascertained the problem (always wear face protection when pulling weeds.... some of them may not be nice to human skin. )and then they made sure I was on my way to getting the medication I needed. The only issue I had which turned oilut not being an issue was trying to sign in on their app. I have a nice phone that should have been able to handle a simple task like that. I am apparently not the only person who has had an issue there. Would definitely recommend. read more

For now I am done giving my money to your office with people thay talk to me that way. Just listen to the recorded calls, I'd advise you record if you are not. I went to Premier dermatology to get my skin checked out (14) . We got there around 10 minutes before our appointment at 9:00 we didn't get called until about 9:25 which was irritating. We got into a room and talked to a person just about my skin and more. She said she was going to get the main dermatologist which took maybe another 5 minutes. Worst experience I've ever had. Incompetent front office staff who had no idea what appointment I was there for and for what purpose. Extra time dedicated to them scrambling to find another provider when they admitted their mistake. My Mohs scare is gigantic and will never change. This is for the aesthetic side of their business; I have no experience with the medical side. If you value friendly, responsive people when you call or go into their offices - don't go here. After the first call when I requested an appointment, I could not get a person - only texts and emails. If you think they should read the information you were required to submit before your appointment and at least be aware of what you were there for - don't go here. If you think civil but not welcoming is good for checking in - you'll be happy. And my checkout/paying was handled poorly. The whole experience was bad from start to finish. People who want a fancy place, who like to spend a lot of money on aesthetic procedures, and who don't care about feeling like you're at least seen if not welcomed, go here. read more

I am so impressed with Premier Dermatology. I googled a dermatologist in Arkansas and emailed this one. The receptionist got back with me immediately and answered several of my questions and even made the appointment back-and-forth through email. I got in right away. My first impression was that the office was beautiful and the staff was extremely nice and professional. They even offer drinks while you wait. I met with Nellie and she was a doll. She answered all my questions and actually was able to do the procedure today. Everything was quick and professional. I had amazing experience. I will definitely be back. I had a raised bump on my finger and I went to get the bump removed. They were wonderful! THAT day. Within 12 days of healing the bump is back. I go back in and they tell me it is scar tissue. They inject cortisone to help with scar tissue. I try to explain how uncomfortable the bump is and how I want it removed. They said outside of cutting it open and digging the root out the cortisone is what we can do.....wait ... "thought it was scar tissue" My finger and bump is the same. I'm out over $300.00 for the sake of a office visit. I would recommend Hull Dermatology over premiere. Don't waste your time or money! read more

Dr. Clifton is not only a very talented and understanding medical professional - probably the best dermatologist in the area - but has managed to create a tremendous medical practice and includes a beautiful spa environment. I am a medical patient and get wonderful responsiveness from either the doctor or her nurse practitioner, Kara, who obviously worked very closely with Dr. Clifton to learn the best treatment regime for her dermatology patients. Kara worked to get my medical issues under control and the practice stocks all the supportive products - washes, lotions, cosmetics - along with other knowledgeable staff to assist you with those. I have yet to take advantage of any of the spa services, but will do so after attending the open house, seeing the wonderful new building, and taking advantage of some of the specials that were offered. Great Dermatology office! Easy to find and plenty of parking. The office is quite large, including the waiting room - which is beautifully decorated. I have only come here for body skin checks, but they do offer a ton of services for medical and cosmetic purposes. I get my skin checked once a year, since I'm fair and my skin and the sun aren't friends haha (even though everyone should check their skin despite skin tone). The nurse who checked me was very friendly and smart. I feel like I can trust them and their judgements. Luckily everything looked good, so I only have to come back next year for a skin check again. They also have a medspa, which I definitely want to check out because they have massages and facials. read more

I've been getting lashes for almost a decade, since way back when the trend started. I've had to move several times, so I've gone through many different eyelash extension professionals, and they are all different. Anything that has to do with beauty is an art form and takes talent, and expertise. Sarah, whom I've been going to for almost a year) is the best of the best of the best of the best. Hands down! Coming from Orange County, California where I was seen at one of the best dermatology centers for medical reasons, going to Premier Dermatology was a huge disappointment. Unless you are a stay at home mom walking in with a Louis Vuitton on your shoulder they really could care less about serving you. Honestly, I would give a zero star review if I could. I came in asking about a medication and for them to look at a concerning spot on my arm. I got there 15 minutes early... and they didn't call me back until 30 minutes after my appointment time. I came during my lunch from work so that was irritating. When they called me back the nurse barely asked any questions and when the Dr. came in it felt like he was trying to get out of there as soon as possible to get to his next paycheck. He treated my spot and then said he would come back to discuss the medication and never came back. This went on for 20 minutes of me sitting waiting for him. I had to go back to work so I went to ask the receptionists if he could talk to me because I made an appointment for both the spot AND the medication. The receptionist was rude and had a piss poor attitude. She went to "check" to see if he was available and she said that I would have to make another appointment to discuss the medication BECAUSE (her words) " you have to make separate appointments for separate treatments." So I asked her if I had 10 moles I wanted him to look at I would have to make 10 separate appointments????? Like that doesn't make sense and that's not how office visits work. The receptionist literally said NOTHING and had no solution or help with any of my questions or concerns. I have never been treated so poorly and dismissed by a receptionist. To sum it up, this place is just a revolving door of patients they want to make money off of and don't truly care about the patient's wants or needs. This review is for the Pico Genesis service. Would not recommend at all. I did not see any changes to my skin (it was actually worse for a couple days) and the procedure is very painful (even with numbing cream). This place is amazing! I went there as a mistake for one of the Groupon deal I purchased. We found out that it was not the certificate for the right place. However, the manager is super friendly and helpful. Knowing that I wasn't able to afford the couple massage, she was very understanding and gave me a great deal for the massage. The staffs were all super friendly and professional. Massage was amazing and effective. Finally, The lounge and locker room are clean and fancy looking that provided some small snacks, hot tea or coffee, and some cold beverages! Really really beautiful on the inside, very professional and courteous people. I received a gift certificate and decided to use it on a manicure pedicure and it was the worst manicure I've ever received in my life (I get them at least once a week at my fave Spa). For $75, I expected a way more skilled manicure pedicure person taking care of me. The gal was really nice but she filed crooked, didn't properly buff, my nails kept snagging on my sweater, etc. Also, there were no special scrubs, lotions or massage included. Had my first appointment there. The place is beautiful, very upscale. I didn't wait long to check in. However, I thought I would save time and print off the new patient paperwork from their website and show up early with it already filled out. The lady I checked in with was polite, but really puzzled by the paperwork and asked where I got it and did I really get it from "their"website? Of course I did. She had another person look it over an verify that everything was on there that they needed and they asked me to sit down and wait to be called. Next thing I know I hear a bunch of the ladies up front gossiping about the paperwork. They said, "oh she must have printed it from another clinic in another state." Then one said, "oh, but it has our address." Then they called me up and loudly announced that the paperwork was missing a form. I told them it came from their website, not someone else's. They said they had never seen it before. They said well the issue is that it doesn't look right and doesn't have HIPPA, and I said it has a HIPPA section. Then they actually read it and were like, "oh, so it does." They handed me another HIPPA form to fill out to add to it. This after they had thoroughly embarrassed me in front of the entire lobby. As if it was my fault that they were not educated on what was on their own website! On another note, the doctor was great and I was fixed up in no time. Save yourself time and don't even bother to try to fill out the paperwork online, they don't even know they have a website with it on there apparently. Totally sad. read more

I have been a medical patient for years off and on. Recently I experienced the spa. OH MY WORD!!!! I have been to spas in many places, from the Caribbean to cruise ships and nearly every spa in Eureka Springs and had some wonderful massages and spa treatments. This is so much more...a true spa experience. You are put in a soft robe upon your arrival, taken to an incredible lounge to relax with a mimosa or glass of wine until your appointment time. You feel like an honored guest. Love it. I have had some amazing massages but this was seamless. The pressure was perfect, you don't have to ask for the extras (aromatherapy, hot towels, it is just part of the experience!) Two girlfriends and I spent the morning here and we were all blown away.
