I wish I can give you zero as a star Prime Disability is a horrible company to trust with your disability case. From my experience, they ran me around for years (2022-2024), missed paperwork, and failed to acknowledge my calls and emails. Communication was one of the biggest issues. Every time I called, it felt like a call center where representatives struggled to understand or provide clear answers. It was frustrating and unprofessional. I wasted a lot of time with them. People seeking disability benefits are often in urgent need of income, and delays like this are unacceptable. Thankfully, my claim was initially declined, and I made the decision to withdraw from their services. That turned out to be the best decision I could have made. As soon as I hired a competent attorney, my case was handled properly and I received my money. One very important piece of advice: if you decide to leave this company, make sure you request a formal withdrawal letter. Otherwise, they may still try to collect fees even if you move forward with another lawyer. I would only give them a one star because they did help took them three and a half years to get my approval but as soon as they got their money they won't help me figure out where my back pay is they won't call the SSDI processing center because lawyers are the only ones to have questions answer. I'm very upset after receiving a call from Shelly, a representative at Premier Disabilities LLC. She asked me a series of screening questions to determine if I might qualify for assistance. At the end of the call, she told me that based on the company's guidelines -- which she could not see -- they were unable to help me. When I asked what those guidelines were, she repeated that she didn't have access to them and told me to contact Social Security directly. I had just answered all of her questions, yet none of mine could be answered. The lack of transparency and respect for my time was extremely frustrating. My father was a client, but he passed away during the case. The only concern they had was that I continued his case on his behalf, showing no empathy. After his case was approved and they were paid, they refused to assist me further in getting the money. Despite numerous attempts to contact them over a week--through calls, voicemails, and requests for callbacks--they ignored me or hung up when I called from different numbers. You know when I saw this place had two stars after I had already started with them I thought no it'll be OK. This place needs to be shut down totally. I started my case back in 2022 and somebody dropped the ball. My case fell through the cracks or something. After 2 1/2 years, Social Security closed my case because they didn't hear anything from me or my attorneys at Premier disability. I lost all of my backpay that I would've gotten not to mention the fact that the company who is supposed to get 20% of my backpay lost out on that 20% of backpay I do not recommend Premier, Disability Attorneys, right now. I'm still trying to get through to speak to a supervisor and I just keep getting put on hold in the regular queue for a case manager. This is ridiculous. Never again. You will never speak to an attorney or even a paralegal only intake reps (glorified data entry clerks) working from home with their screaming children in the background. The next complaint I'm writing is to the Bar Association and Insurance commission. They need to be shut down. The stress they have caused me over the past 17 months has only exacerbated my heart condition. Find a good local attorney in your own city who has been in practice for 10 years or more. Started working with them over 2 years ago. Was good at first, then stopped hearing from them. Kept calling for updates on case and sent SSD denials as they came in. On last one they failed to request hearing before judge. When I didn't hear from them, they told me it always because SS Disability cases were so backed up. 2 1/2 years later, I receive a letter saying they are not longer representing me. I started my claim back in November 2023. Social Security requires one to go to your local Social Security office to prove your identity to start my appplication. I tried calling my representive several times over months I got no information they required this process. They are suppost to help. When I notified them of the problems and not keeping me updated they dropped my claim. So, I am now have to make sure with Social Security they have not canceled my application. It is frustrating because most people that our using them are struggling to make ends meet. I have not had a income since 2019 because of my health. If you are using their service go to your local social security department to check your claim to prevent problems. read more

Premier disability deliberately attempted to sabotage my hearing by calling me the night before the hearing, and told me that the hearing jad been cancelled and therefore not to attend. The next day, the lawyer went to the hearing because the hearing had not been canceled and pretended that he did not know where I was. of course I would discover all of this after the fact, two weeks later I called Premier Disability to express my disgust that no one had calle me back, when I was interrupted by the case manager, who informed me that it was my problem because I didn't show up to the hearing and she put the blame on me . I said that they are the ones who called me the night before and told me that it had been canceled and not to show up... she told me that they had tried to call me all that morning to try to get me to be on the phone for the hearing. I told her that I had no missed calls no voice messages. These guys are the biggest liars and I couldn't figure out why they were doing this. it's my opinion that they just wanted to get it dismissed because it's a tough case to win... The hearing scheduled for October 22 . I still have not spoken to my lawyer. No one is prepared to help me for this case and today I received a letter from the Social Security office stating that they needed me to contact their offices immediately to let them know if I intend to attend that hearing . now, why would they ask me that? This attorney LLC never once called ME after I hired them in Nov 2023. I wish I hadn't used them, because they did nothing for me themselves. From November 2023 through April 2024 I was not told that I need to let them know when I see a doctor. I gave them update in April, when someone competent answered my questions regarding the most recent information they had received from my doctors. I called them several times a week for updated information because my AJC hearing was coming up quickly. Each time I called, I was told they hadn't received anything from any of my physicians offices. I reached out to one of my specialists and asked for a copy of anything they had received from or sent to Premier, with dates. When my Dr office emailed me the next morning, they included the request from Premier, every paper sent per request, date stamped & the confirmation that the correspondence went to Premier without issue. I called and was told, again, that they had received nothing. When I told the person on phone that I had received the information & proof that it had been sent almost a month prior to the call, I was asked to hold. When she came back on the line, this woman told me that they HAD received and it was in "process". When I asked why she had just told me 2 stories, she said that "for whatever reason, that Dr has 2 different files in your case file " The only thing they did well, was choose the outside attorney that represented me at my ALJ hearing. read more

Premier Disability didn't represent me during the SSDI process, even though that's what their website and initial correspondence claim. When it came time to present the details of my case in writing and in person, they told me point blank that they don't offer these services and that I was on my own. That's not representation. SSDI has specific legal requirements, and applicants need legal guidance to present their case well. I was left to represent myself, never a good idea in legal proceedings. DO NOT use this firm. They are a large firm that will toss you around from department to department and not allow you to speak to anyone. Do yourself a favor and hire an attorney that you can call directly, If you need a referral I have one. They will take a large portion of your back pay, and then should you have any issues with your claim after they get your check, they will hang up on you, ignore your calls, allow you to leave messages for days, and then finally tell you that you cannot speak to any attorneys because they "don't handle appeals" even though they handled my appeals to get me on social security in the first place. Communication was completely lacking throughout the process. The only time I heard from them was when they were asking for something I had already provided, which happened frequently. I did not receive updates and trying to get hold of someone on their end, to find out what was going on, was always an exercise in frustration. I didn't even know they were still waiting for paperwork from my doctor until we were in front of the judge during the hearing. They requested extensions from the judge when they were not needed because they didn't read their own notes of a phone call I made to them a few days earlier. The best I can say about Premier Disability is that they were a mediocre document repository and they had a representative show up for the online hearing. I did get approval of my disability claim, but it was NO thanks to them. Chances of me ever recommending them are non-existent. read more

Their horrible incompetence and lack of care shows in the way they handled my father's case. Through our 3 court hearings, we had 3 different lawyers - where's the consistency? How can we expect them to actually know our case when we never meet the same lawyer twice? This was proven when one of the female lawyers called in the DAY before our hearing to go over incredibly basic questions that could be found in her coworkers' notes (if they even took any) or the many, many documents that our doctors have sent them. They had time and our documents, and they failed to even show that they at least skimmed it or apologized for straight up procrastinating and neglecting their clients' cases that hold significant monetary value. Further, when our case was initially denied--probably because we had inept and blundering lawyers--they dropped us as a client without notice or recommendation on what to do next. I have never used this service, but a friend did and gave my information as a referral. I started receiving calls from a Petersburg, VA number with an automated message stating that there was criminal activity involving my social security account and for me to call a number back. Thinking it was a scam I reported the incident to social security. About a week later I received several calls from the same number so I decided to answer. This time a live person asked for me and told me a friend referred me. She then proceeded to ask me if I wanted to participate in a free assessment. I responded absolutely not, explained the situation and asked them to remove my information from their system permanently. Yes this company is a scam. There is absolutely no way I would even consider using them. Attempting to use scare tactics to get customers. Shame on them. SSDI is not based off how many years worked, college education, etc. It is purely based off if you have a disability that affects your ability to work and affects your quality of life. You have to provide current medical documentation of such and SS will conduct their investigation. Honestly, you do not need an attorney unless denied by SS. And I still wouldn't employ this agency seeing the number of numerous complaints. There are plenty of well known, competent attorneys who specialize in SSDI who can handle of your case without using a factory mill such as this company. SSDI is NOT out to get you. I've been waiting for days for contact from them. I found out through the mail from SS that I was denied. How is it that Premier Disability didn't know five minutes beforehand when I talked to them because by then it was already FIVE DAYS DENIED. I'm not sure how because I have three solid issues listed on the SSD website and fourteen years of paperwork and doctors to back it up. I know for a fact that my paperwork deadline was extended because PREMIER DISABILITY LLC. TOLD ME IT WAS and SSDI denied me before the paperwork got there. Now I can't get anyone to call me back.
