Received a letter from Premier that says "After careful consideration of your claim, I regret to inform you that I will be withdrawing as representative for your Social Security Disability claim. You are free to continue pursuit of your claim on your own or with a new representative. All deadlines related to your claim are now your responsibility. Sincerely, Thomas Klint" Wow. They are letting me go because they didn't do their job? I just got an appeals council review scheduled on my own. I listed ineffective counsel as the reason. Premier has recently been in touch with me and I asked why now? It's because of the YELP review I wrote. Kind of feels like they had no time for what I hired them for, but when it comes to their company, they are all over it. read more

I thought I was getting an Attorney. Nope. I'm devastated because I lost my claim for disability benefits and now Premier Disability Services will not release me from my contract with them for representation. This means I've got 60 days to file an appeal. They have not released me, though I've made several calls asking to be released. They lied to me, saying that it was done. I'm running out of time to appeal . I was denied due to no new medical information and no new diagnosis. I had all that. Premier Disability Services helped me with my SSDI claim from filing to winning my case. It was a long process, I got denied at the initial and reconsideration stages but got a fully favorable bench decision when I had a telephone hearing with an ALJ. A lawyer from PDS was present during my hearing and she was helpful by guiding me on how to answer the judge when asked. I want to thank Mr. Klint for encouraging me to keep appealing after the denials and my lawyer Kathleen for helping me win my case. It is a life- changer, now I have Medicare (not 65 yet), I will be getting a monthly benefit check and I will be receiving a good lump sum for back pay. IF YOU ARE DOING YOUR HOMEWORK, LIKE I SHOULD HAVE, READ THE NUMBER OF BAD REVIEWS HERE AND DON'T GET SUCKED IN WITH THEIR FALSE ADS AND PROMISES. I am so incredibly frustrated with myself for falling for the big ad campaign promising 40% disability approvals on the first attempt. I didn't read the reviews before signing up with these idiots. My case has been denied twice and now I am at the hearing level. I had to contact them to let them know the appeal date was only two weeks away. I just received an email, the first in months, that they have filed the appeal with a link that shows I've got a 17.5 month waiting period. This is f(*&*()ing ridiculous. I've been disabled in December of 2017. It is July 2019 and now they are saying I have another year and a half wait. I filed the initial claim online and decided I needed help. After receiving their paperwork and providing the medical information they never even called me. I contacted them after the first denial and had to provide medical updates. The girl on the phone couldn't even spell half of the medical conditions I read off. Furthermore, they promise in their ad verbiage that "they know how to complete the paperwork and word it in order to win your case." That's a laugh. I have not received one copy of the appeal language and, in fact, was denied yet a second time -- this after my condition is obviously worsening. After reading these reviews I'm realizing I really screwed up. My husband filed disability a few years back and we used a local attorney. Within 12 months he received two denials and was scheduled to have a hearing where he was approved and received back pay. In fact, I contacted Social Security Administration myself and was told that they have strict timeframes that are to be met. After speaking with them I called PD and was told they would get on it. I feel so bad for the people who have been screwed by this company. First thing Monday morning I'm finding a local attorney, getting him signed up to represent me and firing these idiots. I know that ambulance chasers are out just to make money and if they do their job then I'm all for paying a percentage of my earned money to have someone do their job. These guys are kicking back and just raking in cases without a care as to what their true lack of representation does to us. Anyone reading this - DO NOT expect any help from these people. They say one thing and do another they kept telling me after my hearing that the decision was waiting to be assigned a legal writer which is all BS!!. the Lawyer they gave me at the hearing was good but I wasn't able to meet him until that morning he said that the hearing would last about 15 to 20 mins, more BS I was in there well over a hour. it's been over a 100 days now with no decision. If I could give zero stars I would. Do yourself a favor and hire a local attorney. They charge the same no fee only if you win. All they do here is the paperwork, same as a local attorney. You do not even talk to a bona fide attorney until the day of your hearing which is only for 30 minutes. Locally, you can speak to your attorney numerous times and he/she will coach you. After calling in and speaking to three Different people about my case I was told that my case was an "easy win" each time. I explained that I was awarded back alimony and they said no problem that we would do the in kind letter cuz I had to repay my farther . Then my alimony was 1,100.00 and they said I was fine so long it was less than $1170.00.They even made jokes as to how close I had come. My case had ALWAYS been one of a need basis hence all the documentation for the in kind letter etc. After almost four months of them having Me go to Social Security and doing there job they now say that my alimony is an issue and I do not qualify!They send me a letter with no explanation reads,"re:notice of withdrawal Dear Marla, After careful consideration of your claim,I regret to inform you that I will be withdrawaling as representative for your Social Security Claim.You are free to continue pursuit of your claim on your own or with a new representative.All deadlines related to your claim are now your responsibility. I read the reviews on this company today wish I read them before. Someone said they have done everything and Premier did nothing but file the claim I also have done everything else. Someone also said long hold times when you call them. I suffered through that and no call backs at all. This is a unmoral company and should be disbarred. And anyone reading this should note all disability companies will try to get there money feeding on your Social Security but they will tell you that you will not get a bill from them, however they will go through SS to get reimbursed. They were very competent, helpful and I was approved for SSD within 3 months on the first attempt. I would recommend them highly. Of course, some of the work still falls to you, like paperwork Social Security sends directly to you. You must be quick to fill it out and submit it. Disgusting. If they would have reviewed my dates of last working they would have known immediately that I was not able for disability just according to the dates. I had to wait almost three years. Then I had two hearing dates where we went in front of the judge. I did get disability but no benefits whatsoever because Premier messed up. They continually lost my documents which took tons of time for me to get again. They have a constant turn about with workers quitting and staying. I was awarded two weeks ago a sum of money and disability said I would get a monthly check. Premier called to say they had made a mistake and would get nothing. Then they told me to go to try to get medical which I know I wouldn't be eligible for. This was their final way to try to collect. Fortunately at this point I was hip to their scamming. Then after trying desperately to straighten things out I got a phone message from a rep saying to not call them back again? Excuse me? This place is the worst and a total scam. Now on to the BBB for my review. Three years of waiting for something if they had looked at my dates they would have known I couldn't collect. Shall I say more? I contacted this company for my mom who has Parkinsons back in November of 2016. They sent us all the papers for the doctor to fill out which he did and we sent them back in months have passed with no update. We called June 26 th and was given a local office number to call which I thought was weird I thought that was their job. The lady at the office said she never got anything from the lawyers office and in fact nothing was updated until we called at the social security office. I'm so angry about this due to the fact my mom can't even hardly feed herself ! Like come on people ! read more

You actually do all the paperwork and you have to constantly call them for information on your case. They never call on and only check on your case if you call them. They then call SSA for updates which is something you can do yourself as well as update SSA on all doctors appointments. It took them over a year to get information on the initial claim due to missing signatures in which they never asked me for which caused over a year delay on a response that should have taken three months maximum. They told me they had to drop me because I worked during the time in which I was applying. I informed them that I haven't worked at all for the entire time. In addition they informed me that I could work PT while waiting on SSD but could only make $1300 a month. However I never worked at all. I would never recommend this company based on the results I've received. Please seek help with some other company or Lawyers instead of this company read more

To Mr. Klint, I am sorely disappointed with Premier Disability's service regarding the handling of my SSDI and SSI applications. I have a rare congenital heart disease This disease along with many others is on what's known as Social Security's "Compassionate Allowance" list. Conditions on this list have been predetermined by social security to be disabling. I stapled a copy of the Compassoonate Allowance List with a full explanation of my medical condition to my application. Somehow Premier Disability lost the documentation and presented my application in a way that made me appear to not be disabled. Therefore I was denied. I called social security and they informed me that my application listed only one condition for my disability, and it was not on the Compassionate Allowance list. Now I'm faced with an appeal. I am disabled, homeless and and have no income.I don't know how I will survive the extended waiting period. I put my trust in Premier Disability Mr. Klint and you let me down hard. read more

I'm sorry I'm late with this review! They helped me last year! After 4 years of fighting with Social Security over a back issue where I could not work. I went to Premier and OMG they were awesome! They did all the leg work. My lawyer that went before the judge with me, knew my case well! The judge said it could take her 60 days to make a decision. It took her 3! Because we were so well prepared! I got back payment and a monthly payment! I thought their fee was very reasonable for all the work they did! Totally recommend them! read more

Just won my case after two years with this company and I can honestly say that they are the worst at treating people with disabilities like mine and they have zero compassion. This company made me so stressed out through the entire process and at the end they sent a local attorney to my hearing. After Social Security closed my first claim 3 days after the assessor came to my house with no notification at all, then waiting 3-4 months only to have the Social Security rep at our local office tell me it's still "pending" (only to find out later that she was lazy as she didn't want to replace my social security card as the numbers were all legible - even though the rest had disintigrated). My wife used Premier from the start of her disability claim and it was a smooth sailing experience. So I called them to expedite mine, only to find out it was closed and we had to start all over again. So here I am at the start of a new year, 10 months after starting this ordeal, and Premier made it painless for me too. So I'm grateful they were in our corner and will gladly recommend them to others. read more

I have mixed feelings about Premier. While it's true that they did absolutely all of the legwork up until the denial, my rep was hard to reach and I often had to tell her about the mail I received from SSA because she seemingly never received her copy. I was the one to do the filing of the appeal (with help from my state's DSHS) that ultimately got the approval, but Premier billed me as if they had done it. The appeal was filed and granted in April, but Premier apparently had no clue because I went to SSA in September and found that I had months of payments in my account! So I do thank them for their help, but I'm not sure I'd go so far as recommending them. read more

There has been times when I went months without hearing anything from them. They never informed me to fill out a daily activities report Or a third party report. I ended up doing it myself And mailed them to ODAR. When I mentioned it to caseworker they lied and said they had just sent it in when I hadn't given them to her. When I ask specific question, they give answers fast and tell you everything's is good. Not impressed and my hearing is Friday!!! read more

If I can give Premiere Disability - 00 I would. because this firm is a PONZI SCHEME. Stay away from this firm. They are liars, deceivers and do not care about representing the truth or you. I hired Premier Disability 12/21/16. An attorney showed up in Yakima County from Premier Disabilities LLC, Jodie Goodman from Arizona showed up to my "critical case" on 10/22/2018. I was diagnosed with AS Anklyosing Spondalitis and have suffer in pain for over 25 years. I tried to stay working until Decemeber 2016. I worked all my life 31 years in Bay Area. I moved out of the area to Washington state. I gave them over 15 years of medical history. i.e. xrays, MRI's, medications doctors medical reports relating to all my injuries and surgeries. This firm withheld medical evidence to the court which lost my case intentionally. P/D said they were out raged and will do everything they can to fight it. They didn't present any evidence that even appealed the claim. I asked to speak to Mr. Klint but they would NEVER ALLOW ME TO TALK TO HIM OR COMMUNICATE WITH HIM. After 60 days of the appeal, they lost my case and my last opportunity of winning it. THEY GET PAID IF THEY LOSE YOUR CASE AND FILE FEDERALLY THAT THEY REPRESENTED YOU AND LOST. THEY CAN RECEIVE UP TO $10,000 of payment and you have no recourse or any way to fight it, other any refiling again. They lost 2 years of back pay, medical and futures monies from my claim. They made several, major mistakes in the presentation of my case my attorney, who did not prepare me, Jodie Goodman, which is one of their consultants. I called P/D and wanted to speak to Mr. Klint but they will NOT ALLOW IT. the ATTORNEY APPARENTLY expressed to the ALJ that he had no "good answer" as to why certain medical records were not submitted prior to the deadline for submission of additional evidence and the representative apparently belatedly filed a pre-hearing memorandum and belatedly tried to amend the claimed disability onset date and so on and so forth. Judged Kennedy handed the attorney a note but did not disclose it to me. Which was very suspicious indeed. Jodie never shared what was on the note but evidently changed dates without my approval. Mislead me to believe she was representing me but she was actually representing the courts behalf.And at least according to the ALJ decision, the only medical professional who expressed an opinion were not capable of maintaining at least some kind of employment was rather than a physician assistant (P/a-C). I saw that meaning no disrespect to Mr Villlaverde but rather because although the SSA changed it rules concerning respect to be shown to the opinions of physicians's assistants and ARNP's that change in rules was not retroactive to a case filed when claim was originally filed. ENCLOSING: After two years of representation, they failed to represent me their client and wasted two years of time and money/back pay and benefits that would of been awarded to me if they had been honest, forth coming and completed due diligence on my behalf. THEY ARE SCAMS AND THEY SHOULD BE SUED AND ARRESTED FOR SALACIOUS ACTS OF FRAUD. The judged also lied and was NOT truthful and presented evidence that was NOT pertaining to my case. Yakima SSDI is corrupt as well. THIS IS A CRIME AGAINST THE AMERICAN TAX PAYERS AND THOSE OF US THAT HAVE WORKED ALL OUR LIVES IN AMERICA. They prey on innocent victims and deceive them at their worst time in their lives hoping you will not be well enough to fight back. I was extremely depressed and suicidal after they did this to me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I was told the process would take six to eight months. I had been receiving disability 4yrs prior and decided to try to go back to work due to finances. After 4 years I found myself unable to continue to work due to the same disability. I was told this would be easy it would take no more than 6 to 8 months. I was denied regardless of it being the same disability hello and was told an appeal was being done I found out 5 weeks ago that appeal was denied. I called them every week requesting call back to never received one and decided to wait and see how long it would be before they told me it was denied. Finally I had enough I put in multiple requests for callback just spoke with them today and the girl told me that they had not been able to do appeal prep with me. So you blame the person disabled with no income living with their mother at 46 because of my disability. This company went the route of blaming me for their own incompetence!! I will do whatever it takes to have this company investigated as I am not the only one who's had these problems according to reviews. read more

They have so many different departments the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Long wait times, longer than the state wait times to talk to them. I filed my own application. They came in and redid it, to represent me making an error and saying I was working. I was called by the state and they fixed it, I then called Premier. I was transferred multiple times, waiting over an hour and then disconnected. I received a form to have my doctor fill out after trying to reach them multiple times, 2 days after I saw my doctor. They finally called to sell me another department for slip and falls and I told them I am not a slip and fall and that they not had done anything but delay the case I already opened. I did not want them involved anymore. I then get a letter that they are putting a hold on any funds I receive for their work put into my case. RUN!! If you are in the position that you are too sick to even file for disability these are NOT the people you want "helping" you with your claim. I hired them in July 2015 and in October 2015 I was denied disability benefits. I called them the same day and let them know I received the denial letter. They assured me that was normal and even told me it was a good sign and that they would resubmit my application. I signed all I needed to sign, and kept them updated on all of my medical updates, and even called periodically and was always told they were just waiting to hear back from Social Security. I would get letters in the mail about my case manager changing and get calls even to update my files. I made it a point to always ask if I needed to do anything on my end. They would reassure me that it had been handled and they were working on my behalf to get my benefits. Fast forward to January 2017 when I called to check on the status of my case. I was informed that since I had missed a meeting at my social security office in September that my application had been closed. I was never even informed about any appointment! I was on the phone for an hour trying to get answers out of my new "case manager". She shifted the blame onto the last employee I had spoke with in May of 2016 and said that it was her fault, that she was new and had made a lot of mistakes. She was almost cruel when I became emotional and explained how my family NEEDS my income, I just wish I had known so I could have been doing something and how being without my income for so long had hurt us financially. She laughed! Actually said, "well the good news is that since you missed the 6 month period to re-file none of us will get paid off your back pay anyway!" So not helpful! She fed me full of some more lies and I asked to speak to her "supervisor" who assured me it was going to be handled and that since "Mary" had dropped the ball, they would work on getting my application re-submitted and fight for my back pay. She was very unprofessional and I highly doubt she was a supervisor of anything. Sounded more like the first lady I spoke with handed the call to the next cubicle! Next communication I had from them was a letter from the CEO stating they would be withdrawing as my representative for Social Security Disability. I called the Social Security office to see what the latest was on my case and was told there was nothing since October 2015 when I was denied benefits! I asked what Premier had done, and she said, "who, we haven't had any communication from a Premier." So...long story short, all they did was lie to me and now that it has been so long and I can't appeal, because of them I am not eligible for any back-pay and have had to hire a real lawyer to re-file! Please don't trust these people! My lawyer has had several clients who had, had a similar experience. You will be better off representing yourself or hiring a local lawyer. I have congestive heart failure and when I contacted these people I knew nothing about ssi or ssdi and I made the mistake of not reviewing these people before I chose them. They represented me yes but the whole time they were supposed to be filing me for Disability I found out at the end they were only filing me for SSI and the results were that yes I get 410.00 a month and I get my back pay partially every six months in payments but not disability just SSI and as I was to find out later that a real Lawyer files the two concurrently Premier only filed SSI and not file my SSDI or disability and when I contacted them and tried to find out why they didn't file my SSI and SSDI concurrently so I would get my Disability the lady I talked to at premier had no Idea what I was talking about and said they would find out about the problem and get back to me. That was over 11 months ago and the only thing I have gotten from them is a letter from Thomas Klint wanting me to give the a testimonial for their service, well here it is. If you are disabled and need help filling for your disability and see Premier disiabilty services run the other way like your life depended on it because now thanks to premier instead of my disability every month like it was supposed to be "Which the Lawyer that I'm seeing now who is a real disability lawyer who from what I understand is handling about 7 other premier nightmare stories with me having less than thirty percent of my heart function left and awaiting a pacemaker I should have gotten my disability with no problem and he can't figure out why they did one and not the other."
