The company charged my credit card $8,000.00 without providing any services or products for this unauthorized transaction. They did complete some landscaping work on my front yard planter bed, for which they were paid in full ($6,500.00) for the service and materials provided. Despite this, the company has refused to issue a refund for the $8,000.00 charge, stating via email that they do not have the funds necessary to process the refund. As a result, I am pursuing legal action to recover these funds. This dispute has been ongoing since May 2025. The owners, Tim and Lori Richardson, are responsible for the company. I am at a loss as to how a company can take $8,000.00 from a customer without providing any products or services.
