Waited over an hour past the appointment time only to wait another 10 minutes or more for the nurse and another for the doctor. Once the doctor is done, we wait another 15 minutes to get paperwork to check out. Then wait another 30 minutes for a blood draw. When will the patient's time be respected? I am here for a colonoscopy. I was told to arrive at 9:00 am and my appointment is at 10:00 am. The waiting area is crowded (extremely) with patients. It is 10:30 and I have yet to go back for procedure. However when I finally made it to the back the team was extremely friendly and professional. Dr McElreath was very good. He explained everything thoroughly and answered whatever questions I had. It started on a negative note but ended on a very positive note. read more

Dr. Wofford has been my Gastroenterologist for several years. He is one of few doctors that I trust and followed him to Premier after he moved from Arkansas Gastroenterology. The convenience of having his location on certain days in North Little Rock is a big plus. Plus he always has a smile and something nice to say no matter how difficult the situation. Dr is great. billing and acct receivable is a nightmare. They keep sending bills and you pay them off. call and ask a question and you get attitude. I ask when they received a payment and they could not tell me. Paid a bill off again for the same amount and they sent a bill again for the same amount. Called again and said their was a bal from 2022, how can you get a zero balance in 2024 and have a balance from 2022. Every time I call you can not question them they all get an attitude. When you ask them to explain they just say are you going to pay the bill or not. I think these department need to be audited because they have a big problem. You can never get them paid off. read more

I had an Appointment for a Colonoscopy on 10-10-2. I was to be there at 11:30am for a 12:30pm procedure time. I arrived around 11:00am. I waited till around 12:45pm and was still in the waiting room! Around noon, I inquired with the reception desk and was informed that Dr. Patel was about to finish the previous procedure. I told them that I was concerned about the wait tone. There is no way that I blame Dr. Patel, I lay full Blame on the facility. it is poorly ran and I would never recommend it to anyone. Beware!! read more
