When the vehicle started having problems, they told us to bring it in, then tried to charge us for every repair. With chargea was not agreed to. Now that the car is permanently disabled, they are attempting to charge excessive fees. To make matters worse, my other child purchased a vehicle here shortly after, and it has been in their service bay for repairs more days than she has actually driven it. She has still not gotten her car back. This company's vehicles are unreliable, and their service is predatory.
