When he retired and sold the agency, he sold it to an acquaintance of mine. I thought I would be even more happy, but instead was basically cast aside. He was very friendly and professional, but kept forgetting my name, though I coached his daughter in softball and she attended school with my daughter. I again moved to a different state and was treated like a donator of premiums. I experienced unethical and unprofessional business practices and finally had enough. I went to Paul Bendele and have been absolutely satisfied for nearly four years. I am again experiencing the personal and caring service I had been missing. As of now, I have no plans to even explore changing. Paul and his staff have restored my faith in the insurance industry. If you care about personal service and ethical business practices, Bendele agency is your best bet, in my experience.

Can you walk into the office and speak with your agent. Now, there's a huge dog that charges at you at the door when you walk in. When you express concerns about your billing, they transfer you to a dead end voicemail. I haven't had any claims and I hope I don't because you can't even speak to a real person here with a billing question.

I felt like I was talking to a teenage brat. When she continued to argue that State Farm's app doesn't drain batteries, I told her I didn't want to talk about the subject anymore but that I just wanted to make policy changes. She told me that I was rude. Aghast, I said that I was just trying to make some policy changes, but she insisted on arguing and even talking over me. I told her I was done talking to her and that I wanted her boss to call me back. In the meantime, I called another agent in the area to ask if he wanted my business because I never want to have to deal with that woman again.
