I found out my apartment building had been charging me for renters insurance for over 2 years even though I had it a showed them I had it. I reached out to the office to get my proof of having the insurance and things did not go as planned. I was told they can only see a year back and they will see what they can do. I called back a day or two later and got brutally shamed by this Amber for even thinking I could get something as simple as proof that I was insured!? She started by saying "Like I told you before we can not go back that far" even though she told me we will see what we can do and I will get back to you and never did get back to me. I let that one go then she started saying far more rude things to me and left me in shock. I ended my insurance plan with them do to this lady. I did speak with Jim Todd the next day and explained to him what was said and that she did an awful job in that particular situation. Jim did end up getting me the forms needed to get reimbursed by my apartment but I had a hard time getting over how she treated me.

You get what you pay for and Liberty mutual has fallen short for me. KASTL is Friendly, nice people who can accomplish nothing for me and the hailstorm that destroyed my roof... Liberty wants to patchwork repair the roof when all of my neighbors are getting complete roofs with similar damage. Be warned. Liberty mutual is not doing me a good service right now. I suggest you use KASTL but avoid LIberty Mutual.

I…read morehad tried researching a few insurers myself, but was getting sick of trying to compare everything myself and having to track all of it in a spreadsheet, etc. etc. I then tried a couple of those websites that supposedly check multiple insurers on your behalf, but I didn't have too much success. Finally, I found Jeff and Square State Insurance on Yelp. He was able to find me a new policy for both home and auto, and save me nearly $100 / mo for very comparable coverage. In the current market, every little bit helps. He was also able to answer all of my questions about the new policies, and how switching would work. I will definitely continue to use him in the future if I need to tweak my coverage again.

She answered every question with knowledge and a smile. After my in person visit I had a couple more questions I asked via e-mail and again, Emma was quick and efficient in her response. She also followed up a couple weeks later with a phone call and while we were talking solved another issue so I didn't have to make an in office visit. Great personal service is becoming rarer and rarer these days but SSFCU, and Emma especially, are a consistent reminder it still exits.

Always quick and easy, whatever I need, they never failed to deliver. Parking is abundant but a bit awkward, it's across the street but understandable as Loveland downtown area is quite small. I'd go out of my way to drive to this branch if I ever needed to visit Chase.

I'm not one to…read moreuse Yelp as a complaint department but it made me realize that this bank (my usual bank) stands out for their excellent customer service and THAT should be celebrated! I absolutely love this bank. They are not the most convenient to my house or business but I make a point to come to this location. Jade, Sam and Maura are always friendly and never make me feel like an inconvenience like a few other banks I have been to. They remember customer's names and seem to enjoy being there. The vibe is always good and on a handful of occasions they have gone out of their way to help me with my business banking. It's nice to see fantastic customer appreciation still exists.
