Very crowded and awful seating area. Won't be back. Which is a shame bc the coach seemed great but no where to sit with my infant to watch.

One of the WORST places to work as an employee. The "Gym Manager" is rude and does not respect the other coaches in the gym..

Daughter was crying and upset she couldn't do a stunt and the owner brought it to everyone's attention in the room and basically yelled it to us as parents in front of a room full of people, Learn how to pull a parent aside instead of embarrassing our daughter and speaking to a parent in a manner that you did. Our daughter has been coming here for awhile but they have lost our business. Our daughter was told she needed to stop throwing a "temper tantrum"or she could go home. Temper tantrums aren't allowed there and she needed to stop acting like a baby. Multiple occasions of being rude and disrespectful to parents and children. Needs to understand she is running a business, and the way she handles herself and speaks to others is uncalled for and reflects on her professionalism as the owner. You not only need to have your business professionalism but also good customer service and you have to be a people person to run something like that and that was not our experience. Daughter left crying and saying "I do not want to come back to this place" "they are always so mean to me I want to go to another gymnastics place." That has to tell you something when a 7 year old is in tears making it clear that she does not want to go back. Will not be returning after this experience.

Five stars for their birthday parties…read more We've attended a couple birthday parties here now and they're always a blast. The woman who leads it has always been the same (and I feel terrible for not knowing her name.) She is high energy, great with kids, and her super power is knowing every child's name. It's amazing! The kids are led through a ton of different gymnastics courses that pretty much any age can do. My son is four and loved it. It's interactive enough that they usually aren't just standing in line waiting but always moving. The room upstairs is then used for food and cake time. Then back downstairs for free play, which the children always love. Parents can keep their shoes on, which I appreciate. Kids are barefoot. They always take a group picture that they organize so the birthday party walks away with a wonderful picture.

This…read morewas my first time, and I was surprised at how crowded it was for the kids, yet it was very organized. I went upstairs to the sitting area for watching the kids below. It was very crowed up there, too. The class started on time, and for a small group of 2 years olds, they really got a workout. (and the parent too) The rule is, no one on the floor without a teacher and for the little ones, a parent also participates as an extra helper. There was a routine that the group went through, which included fun and challenging activities. They use a balance beam, a rock wall, a zip line into a foam pit, and a bunch of floor exercises. My grandson was very happy to be there, and I was really happy to have been able to come see him burn off lots of toddler energy. The parking area was quite crowded but there was enough parking and there was also a swim school attached to the gymnastics building. (He also does swim lessons, which he also loves.) The facility is not very modern but then, it has everything at reasonable prices.

I think they need to hire a professional event coordinator for their championship meets and expos…read more Every single event that I've been to has been unorganized, delayed and poorly planned. The most recent meet on Jan 18 was horrible. It went way over the expected time, they crammed us all into this tiny space where we had to stand for half an hour to wait for "the results". Then the gymnasts were running around with no supervision, jumping all over the makeshift "stage" and ruining some of the placement tags. By this time the kids were starving and some of us in the audience saw one of the coaches eating a pizza in front of everyone. We all just stood there watching her.but she was oblivious. Not a good look. Then finally, someone explained the reason for the delay (their computer system went down so they had to calculate the scores manually). Then more waiting. When the winners were finally announced, the person announcing had no microphone. She just yelled out the names while nervously flipping thru all her papers. It was all done so haphazardly, Coaches were running all over the place like chickens with their heads cut off. Nobody had a clue. Like I said, they need to dip into that stockpile of money they make off of us and invest in a professional event coordinator. Cmon guys. Get it together will ya? Parents are getting fed up with this.

We attended a birthday party here recently. First, there were three bounce house-type inflatables…read more I was expecting more for the cost of hosting a party here (around $300). But the younger kids seemed to have fun. Then everyone moved the the gymnastics portion of the gym. The kids were able to use two trampolines and the foam pit. One trampoline had a hole/was broken, so I think there would have been even more jumping action for the kids if it had been fixed. I really liked the gymnastics portion and would consider it for a future birthday party. The cost is quite high, and it doesn't include any type of food or beverage. You are able to order or bring your own, but then the cost is of course even higher. The biggest problem I had, was that at least three children became sick a couple of days later. My child being one of them. I hope they do some deep cleaning, especially now. But this needs to occur at least once a week in order to help keep kids healthy, since many come in for classes all week long.
