We attended the 2025 SGJA Judges' Cup. Hosted by EVO Gymnastics. I'm not sure if all competitions do this but for this particular meet, they charged an admission fee which they accepted payment with cash only. Admission Fee (CASH ONLY). Adults: $25.00: Children (4 - 12 yrs): $15.00. The venue was very spacious. It was a bit crowded when we arrived and we went upstairs to observe until my kid's competition start time. If you can snag a seat in the front row upstairs, then you're golden. Otherwise, it can be difficult to see over so many people up there. Just depends on where you're trying to view your child during competition. Once we started, we went downstairs to admit him and then stayed down there to watch. It was a better view down here. Our family stayed upstairs and were able to get front row seats once the first session ended. The kids competed on the floor level with different events such as: floor exercise, pommel horse, still rings, vault, parallel bars and horizontal bar. After the competition, they gave out the awards. It was a nice set up for the awards with the balloon arch for decoration and the winner's podiums. Fabulous venue with a nice set up. Our first gymnastics meet was very organized and executed flawlessly. Good times!

Upon entering the facility you stop at a station for a temperature check prior to entering the gym itself. There is hand sanitizer around and readily available and a mask rule. The facility is large and beautiful and there actually is a CORA Physical Therapy location on site. I have met the owner Lydia, and I appreciate how she operates her facility. Our two year old began preschool gymnastics in the "Gymbie" class with Miss Nickie who she adores. The class is well structured and has predictable routines and the activity setups vary from week to week. I love that their is variety from week to week so it keeps the content and mastering of skills fresh and not mundane or repetitive. Miss Nickie is amazing and so patient and nurturing. EVO Athletics offers gymnastics classes for both men and women of all ages, skill levels and commitment ability. The classes include: Cheerleading, Tumbling, and Stunt, Ninja Warrior, Open Gym, Adult Fitness, Field Trip, Home School Classes. During COVID era there are no toddler, youth, or ninja open gyms. Our daughter started out attending as a shy and timid two year old who had very little interaction with adults outside her family (as she does not attend preschool or daycare), and became an enthusiastic participator who pushes herself to acquire new skills. We are so happy with EVO Athletics.

There is so much room to run around in and lots of apparatuses to try, whether you're there for free play or for formal gymnastics training. There is also a Ninja Warrior themed area, with obstacles from the show for you to try. Because we were there for a birthday party, you get two chaperones who stay with your group and show the kids how to use the equipment. They didn't set up any particular obstacle or activity for the group to do together, so parents just had to supervise their kids (or run around with them as well) around the gym. My husband and I got yelled at a few times because we managed to get into the areas we were NOT supposed to go (the Ninja Warrior equipment and the inflatable slide, which has designated times for use). We had our own area for eating and storing presents for the birthday girl. After we ate, the chaperones finished our birthday session at the inflatable slide. Not the smartest order after our kids stuffed themselves with pizza and cake, but the kids had fun nonetheless. This was a fun, HUGE, and clean facility to use for a birthday party. Seems like a reputable place to enroll your kids or yourself in for gymnastics and other tumbling sports.

Five stars for their birthday parties…read more We've attended a couple birthday parties here now and they're always a blast. The woman who leads it has always been the same (and I feel terrible for not knowing her name.) She is high energy, great with kids, and her super power is knowing every child's name. It's amazing! The kids are led through a ton of different gymnastics courses that pretty much any age can do. My son is four and loved it. It's interactive enough that they usually aren't just standing in line waiting but always moving. The room upstairs is then used for food and cake time. Then back downstairs for free play, which the children always love. Parents can keep their shoes on, which I appreciate. Kids are barefoot. They always take a group picture that they organize so the birthday party walks away with a wonderful picture.

It was very crowed up there, too. The class started on time, and for a small group of 2 years olds, they really got a workout. (and the parent too) The rule is, no one on the floor without a teacher and for the little ones, a parent also participates as an extra helper. There was a routine that the group went through, which included fun and challenging activities. They use a balance beam, a rock wall, a zip line into a foam pit, and a bunch of floor exercises. My grandson was very happy to be there, and I was really happy to have been able to come see him burn off lots of toddler energy. The parking area was quite crowded but there was enough parking and there was also a swim school attached to the gymnastics building. (He also does swim lessons, which he also loves.) The facility is not very modern but then, it has everything at reasonable prices.
