I got the quote back in a day or two and he suggested custom wood floor vents to match the floor. Dave did an amazing job installing it. I had all the ceramic tile and carpet pulled and did new 6" white base with 1/4 round shoe molding throughout. The mitre cuts Dave did were amazing not a gap to be found anywhere. And he did some amazing cuts around my kitchen cabinets so my doors would open against the base. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I'll be calling soon for shutters for my sliding glass door next....very pleased.

I responded to him to come out and just check it out. Here is June 22nd and no response. I have a real concern now with the warranty that they would come out if there was an issue; and what I would have to go through with this company to make it right. All he had to do was come out and talk to me.
