In 2001 my dog puked on the floor they were unable to get it clean so they did replace the carpet in 2021. Now we're in 2025 I put a claim in in 2024 and there's like brown spots all over I thought they were stains but it's not it's actually wear marks and I guess this carpet is known to do that. I did put a claim in with the warranty company with engineer flooring and the lady said well you had a professionally clean the carpet but they used a different kind of machine so that's not going to be covered. If you look under the warranty it doesn't specify what kind of machine just professional cleaners which they were and it states it has to be cleaned by hot water extraction which that's how it was cleaned and it's on the receipt.. So she closed out my claim for a bogus reason and completely untrue there's nowhere in the warranty stating it has to be a certain machine to shampoo the carpet under the warranty. So my carpet the whole thing looks brownish gray it's supposed to be just a gray carpet. I had a rug A Little Rock where you put shoes on if you looked up that rug you can actually see the color it should be nice light gray and now it's all brown and I'm embarrassed to have anyone over to my house. I did reach out to the owner rich and he never responded back I also text message to him no respond back. I would advise you not to go through this company because they don't stand by their product if the warranty company is not standing by it then the company should come back out look at your carpet put another claim in at the very least. they just don't care to be honest. Very disappointed because I looked at so many different companies with carpets and I chose them to do my carpet and now I regret it. So just know if you buy a rug from them it's going to where marks all throughout the carpet. So just walking on the carpet if you have dogs or kids playing and they're not going to replace your carpet and they should because it's where marks and in their warranty say if that happens I'll replace the rug. Well that never happened. I would just go to a different carpet company all together one that stands behind their warranty. You're going to end up in a couple years your carpet is going to look like crap with wear marks everywhere it's so disappointing. My wife and I are happy with the turnout! I purchased new flooring from Bills and just had it installed. The installers, Chris and Tommy from Veteran Pro LVP Flooring, did an excellent, professional job. I highly recommend the installers. They get 5-stars Bills' direct sales team and schedulers lack customer responsiveness once the sale has been made and paid for! There is no follow-up or callback when leaving messages or needing questions answered. The floors and carpet have been installed for over a month. They had to come back out to requote the stairs that we had already paid to be sanded and turned out like crap; been over three weeks still waiting. After follow-up call number two last Friday(5/16), I was told the treads came in, and I should get a call on that day or Monday. Today is 5/22, and there is still no call to schedule the installation; a third call/text-out has been made, and we are waiting! It's embarrassing to have people come over!

Yelp doesn't steer us wrong so after reading through their positive views we called and scheduled. Bryan was easy to work with over the phone and even accommodated us when we needed to reschedule due to a family situation. Bryan and Jeff were on time, friendly, respectful, and did an amazing job on our kitchen, front foyer and back hallway. The before and after pictures truly tell the story. There was some dust, but not a lot. They did put up plastic sheets to minimize dust in the other areas. We did spend about 30 min vacuuming and dusting before we put everything back together and that really was not a big deal. So worth it and I feel like I might be ahead of schedule on my spring cleaning! We have a couple more rooms to do and we will schedule with them for sure!
