I first contacted them about damaged tile that was supposed to be covered under their guarantee. I spoke to a sales rep, was given an email for their repair department, and even had a man come out to personally inspect the damage. After that visit, I never heard back--no follow-up call, no email, nothing. I followed their process, sent photos, and waited, but weeks went by without any response. Because I was in the process of selling my home and couldn't wait any longer, I was forced to repair the issue myself. It feels like once they knew I was short on time, they decided to ignore me, assuming I'd drop it. To make matters worse, they claim they have "no record" of the wood laminate flooring they installed for me in 2016, even though I've had ongoing problems with uneven planks popping up. Between the poor workmanship, broken promises, and total lack of follow-through, I've had one of the most frustrating experiences I can remember with a home contractor. The tile was installed in 2018 and the laminate in 2016, but neither job has held up well, and their so-called guarantee is worthless. I'll never use them again and cannot recommend them to anyone.

After they left, we noticed a sizable scratch (I believe they moved a piece of furniture and never said anything about the scratch). We tried numerous times to have them come and look to repair the scratch. It took awhile, but finally, the original installer came and looked. He promised to come back and make the repair. We are still waiting months later. We have made numerous calls to address the issue, voicemail that has gone unanswered, and even stopped in the store itself. They make promises but don't deliver. The after care is awful. I would not recommend them. Very poor customer care.

We loved the results so much that we contacted Carpet Source Flooring again for a much larger job: wood-look luxury vinyl in our Living Room, Kitchen, Bathroom, hallways, and 2 Bedrooms. I always called the showroom before visiting because I know the owner is often out checking on jobs in progress, and had no problem finding times we were both available to meet. I was encouraged to take samples home to see how they looked in our house, (not just chosen from a book or a website.) Some products had websites that would help you view the product in each room. In this post-Covid era, waiting for materials to be delivered is a little challenging, but when the materials arrived, the company worked with us to schedule installation when it was best for us. The crew was amazing. Great communication at all times. They worked hard not to inconvenience us even with such a large job to tackle. They were patient with my questions, and helpful in every way. They kept work areas clean and organized. The best thing about the company is their quality workmanship. All application, trim work, clean up, (and even getting rid of a floor-squeak,) was done exceptionally well. It's a relief to have such nice flooring (it's now much easier to clean.) Yelp doesn't steer us wrong so after reading through their positive views we called and scheduled. Bryan was easy to work with over the phone and even accommodated us when we needed to reschedule due to a family situation. Bryan and Jeff were on time, friendly, respectful, and did an amazing job on our kitchen, front foyer and back hallway. The before and after pictures truly tell the story. There was some dust, but not a lot. They did put up plastic sheets to minimize dust in the other areas. We did spend about 30 min vacuuming and dusting before we put everything back together and that really was not a big deal. So worth it and I feel like I might be ahead of schedule on my spring cleaning! We have a couple more rooms to do and we will schedule with them for sure!
