I felt so at ease and felt like Dr. Patel understood the challenges I was having getting rid of my hyperpigmentation (Asian skin can be tricky to treat with lasers and other procedures). I immediately purchased their membership and since then have seen a significant improvement. I love how friendly everyone is there and I have seen both Dr Patel and Dr Desai and both ladies are incredible. I have gotten botox, daxxify, Pico laser, 2 Enlighten Revepeels and am scheduled for micro needing soon. They also have state of the art equipment and all the newest and greatest gadgets and also carry great skincare lines. They also post a lot in Instagram (little informational short videos) and do in-person educational sessions for clients (not just for clients but for anyone who signs up) which is really nice! The middle of my forehead froze totally and I wound up with Spock eyebrows. Had to go back in to try to fix it, which he overdid. For a week I had one frozen brow and one that moved, so I looked like a crazy person. It eventually almost evened out but now both eyes droop. This injector not only doesn't listen to his clients but also has an inflated sense of his abilities. He is too reckless to be working on people's faces. In addition, after my initial injection we had a consultation in which he recommended 8 syringes of filler to me, someone who has never had any filler at all. Eight! This business just wants your cash. I will obviously not be going back here.

During the consultation, Dr. Owen also asked if I thought I could get better. When I said I didn't know, she stated, "With that belief, you'll never heal." While I agree that mindset can support recovery, I do not believe that belief alone can cure a physical condition. This comment made me uncomfortable, as it seemed to suggest that healing depends on belief rather than evidence-based treatment for my condition. Overall, I was concerned about the lack of verifiable evidence for the therapy and the framing that healing depends on mindset. I would encourage anyone considering this type of treatment to ask detailed questions, request published evidence, and carefully research before proceeding. I wanted to believe. Maybe I'm a bit skeptical at this point in my journey?

Then requesting cash instead... plus the deplorable customer service. The last appt. I had was my one and only appt with the PA, and it was a legal disaster. The PA knew what Ingraham had written and all parties agreed to in advance (Ingraham, PA, myself), and when I got there for the two procedures the PA refused, said she knew better than Ingraham and would do something different, had better technique than Ingraham, and yelled two inches from my face "well its not going to happen today!" How does she keep her job?? Not to mention Tx DTPA violations and overriding a physician and her boss. I've never gone back to this 3-ring circus. Management appears to have fired her best at that location and hire cheap and less experienced, like all management companies do. She should have said "no." Ingraham is a fine clinician with a really bad management company and staff. A management company that boasts of 600 derm practices couldn't care less about the customer/patient. If she ever unloads this mistake, I'll go back along with the many others who have left.

My insurance paid for the bloodwork I was required to do in order to seek care here. I told them that I no longer wanted to do business with them as by that time I read some of the other alarming reviews. Four months later, I received a bill from LabCorp for the same bloodwork, except the bill is over 3 times the amount I originally paid. Labcorp is going to talk to my insurance since this doctor's office removed it from the bill without my permission. Not sure what is going to happen as I did this bloodwork a long time ago and now the price is 3 times the original amount. This is very shady. DO NOT COME HERE. Beware of the sales representative you talk to before you see the provider as she will try to get you to sign off on costly and unnecessary testing that has very little to do with the primary reason for coming here. This being so that they can maximize profits and try to sell you thousands of dollars of supplements you do not need.

I was told their pricing was "competitive" and they were running a limited time promotion, so I was getting a good price on the package. I felt pressured to sign on because of this deal. I later checked local providers that use the same Candela laser technology and found comparable full-body packages from multiple clinics for under $3,000, offering the same number of sessions or more. In my view, Ideal Image's pricing representations were misleading. My package was 8 full-body sessions, each split into 3 appointments, so I was to attend 24 appointments. I attended 1 of the 24 and then started the cancellation process. I was bounced between clinic and corporate. The clinic told me corporate oversaw cancellations and corporate told me it was up to the clinic to decide. By email I was told they wouldn't cancel per the contract, and later on a call corporate said there was only a 72-hour window after signing. When I raised the pricing issue, corporate insisted their pricing was competitive, despite proof showing otherwise. I requested to handle the matter by email from then on out as I was getting inconsistent responses from multiple parties. I received repeated phone calls for 2 days until I reiterated my request, after which the calls finally stopped. They offered to switch me to a different clinic or treatments but I no longer wish to do business with them after being misled multiple times now. Ideal Image has also asserted that the full contract price had already been applied to "services rendered," effectively stating that they are valuing 1 appointment (1 appointment of 24, and not even a full session) at the full contract price of $7,999.01. They refused to discuss financial matters by email, citing HIPAA, despite my written consent to communicate by email. When I pointed this out, they stopped responding to my attempts at communication. As of today, my last email (sent Aug 8, 2025) has not been answered. I posted my complaint to the BBB website. They promptly replied with more phone calls, despite my multiple requests to keep things in email. They posted a response on the site telling me to call their customer service, to which I once again reiterated I would only proceed in writing (my response was posted Aug 31st, 2025). They have not replied nor reached out and have since been ignoring me as they continue to attempt to collect the full $7999.01 from me for services I have not received.
