Half way through all this, she found one vein then took it out after putting it in because it wasn't "perfect". ??? She left the bloody needle hanging by the IV fluid thing too and walked off to go answer a phone or something too. Like this is so suspicious and not regulated well. Really disappointed. They should be able to find veins. I've been really ill and IV's are supposed to help my condition. Won't be coming back...

On our first visit my husband kept telling the nurse he was fine, I kept saying, "he's not fine, has chronic neck & back pain. Honestly the more information you give them the better you will feel. We also tried the red light therapy room today so we could stay together. Lol! The red light therapy is supposed to help with anti aging, increase in energy, cognitive function, (I let them know Alzheimer's runs in my family,) providing more restful sleep, reducing anxiety, improving blood flow through the brain, and other very cool stuff that I can't remember at the moment. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional, and the injector showed no care or compassion during the procedure. What shocked me the most is that I was not offered any numbing or comfort options at all. The procedure was extremely painful, and no one made any effort to make me feel comfortable or explain what they were doing. I came in as a paying client and was treated as if I was getting a free service. This is not okay. When you pay this amount of money, you expect respect, professionalism, and basic care. One of the bathroom soap dispensers was nonfunctional, but other than that, it's a wonderful location for an infusion center. Never any problem with parking since there's ample parking. I always recommend making an appointment because there's only one nurse practitioner on site taking care of all the patients.
