They recently replaced my old tile roof with a beautiful new Eagle Tile roof, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the very beginning, Matthew Lentz, Randy, and Charlie were professional, honest, and a pleasure to work with. They took the time to answer all of my questions, worked with me on pricing, and always made me feel like a valued customer. The quality of their workmanship was exceptional. They replaced damaged wood and flashing wherever needed, completed stucco repairs that matched the existing stucco perfectly, and even painted the repaired areas so everything blended seamlessly. The finished product looks fantastic. One thing that really impressed me was how clean they kept the job site. At the end of every single day, they thoroughly cleaned up, making sure there were no nails, debris, or materials left behind. It showed how much pride they take in their work. The project was completed quickly without sacrificing quality. Whenever an unexpected issue came up, it was addressed immediately and resolved to my complete satisfaction. They truly stood behind everything they promised from start to finish. The work crew cleaned up after themselves. If you have any issues, you can call their office and they make things right. The new roof is holding up well. Last year I had an issue the roof at my other house. There were a few small leaks. One person came out and told me that it is an easy fix. I highly recommend.

Comfort Cover Systems installed a roof on my home in 2021, and the experience has been consistently…read moredisappointing. The installation quality was poor -- the perimeter of the roof was never bolted down (see attached photo). When Hurricane Ian hit a year later, the unfastened perimeter allowed the roof to lift. The repairs were not covered under their warranty. When I pointed out the missing fasteners, the employee inspecting the damage said, 'it was not engineered that way.' My response was simple: then it was engineered wrong. Now, WINK News in Fort Myers is reporting that many of the roofs they installed after Ian are turning black and require annual power washing. The company originally promised to wash those roofs three times but has not followed through. My roof -- installed 16 months before Ian -- also turns black and requires yearly power washing, so this is not limited to post‑Ian installations. In my experience, Comfort Cover Systems does not deliver quality workmanship, and they do not stand behind their work. Buyer beware.

They have washed their hands of responsibility and directed us to the manufacturer, which refers to the problem as a "maintenance issue." There are 609 homes in our park with white membrane roof roofs abounding. Curiously it seems that just their roofs are the ones having this problem. In fact, they set up a cleaning company just to deal with this. The problem is that it's at the owner's expense and we were told it would be required every six months for at least three years and then once a year in perpetuity.

No, I did not say this, because we were out of town. I only saw photos that you sent of the job. I expressed that I was concerned that I could still see large dark areas in the driveway, but it assured me that if was just because that some areas were still wet, and that's why it looked dark. I paid you regardless, because you didn't want to wait the 6 hours until we got home to see it. I'm not really sure why you would make up conversations we never had, but I also do still have the text messages if you want to push this any further.
