Which is remarkable since all we wanted was a simple backyard Landscape design. We feel fortunate to have escaped with minimal emotional and financial damage. You might make sure to look at all the reviews because if you go far enough down the list you will see some serious negative situations that have occurred with this company. This is not an opinion. It's a matter of public record . For example AI found a quantity of negative performance reviews in a variety of circumstances for this company .

the worst experience in my life! would not wish this co. on my worst enemy! eighteen months of…read morestress, waiting, calling ,being lied to, let downs, arguing, over charging, adding charges on top of charges, not sticking to the contract, work lift roof wide open,got rats moving in..metz did nothing about it, tore down my pool solar system and left it on the roof through storms no matter how many time i asked him to take caret was blowing off the front of the roof he sill did nothing. overcharges on draws, leaves debi side street, i had to fine someone to remove it . there are so many horror stories theres,not enough room. 12 x 31 addition started april 2011 now aug 2012 not even half finished. metz only shows-up if a draw is doesn't care about the quality of the work. one lonely roofer for over a month couldn't get the roof to pass...framers put the roof ply board over the loose stick causing the pvt. existing roofer to tear off tiles up to the ridge line & 6 inc hs over to start a new course of peel & stick then replace the tile roof back ingesting the homeowner $700 plus a years worth of extensions (hundreds of dollars).. mr. metz may send someone to do something once a month..if i'am lucky. for a kitchen, he never even added the correct electric of 220 s no electric for the fridge, microwave, stove, no plug for a dishwasher or disposal one small lite on a fan in the ctr. of the room. not even a light switch for the the back door.. so many normal plugs should of been in the drawings. he never even let me meet with the designer just to let you know in the laundryroom..no 220 for a dryer, he was hoping to charge it as extras....thank-god i made sure it went into the real contract..... he still is pulling strings to over charge me. sad do not hire this self-centered so called contractor "he's a nightmare, not in a dream but a true-life nightmare. reminder its eighteen months and no end in site. maybe half done... i'm now contacting bbb, consumers affairs, pcclb, state attorney general pam bundy and anyone else i can...i've given him so many chances, i've pleaded with him to be honest and to get the job done right, it goes in one ear and gets lost.. mr rick metz just doesn't care or maybe its i'm a disabled senior and i'm not a threat ....... i can call him he don't care

Alex was quick with his reply and we arranged to meet at my home on the 4th of July, and he arrived exactly on time. At first, it took a few moments to catch on to his accent. This very pleasant handyman is formerly a Russian, and he is perfectly happy to be alive and working in the home of the brave. In he walked, very confident, with a fairly lrge satchel full of assorted tools. I brought him to the site of the offending troublesome valve and he set to work on it at once. In what was probably less than 20 minutes, he had the toilet flushing perfectly, at least 4 times, allowing a fill each time. Congratulations Alex! QUALITY: One cannot argue with success. The job was handled properly, promptly, with hardly a word spoken. At one point, he wanted to draw my attention to a part, and when he wasn't able to say it, he apparently tooked it up and showed me the translated word on his phone. Clever, this fellow, quick and clever. VALUE: Alex had agreed with me in advance regarding the fee. He was happy to take my check and after talking with me in general about some painting (Ceiling) I might wish to complete, for which he gave me a fine estimate, he drove away. SUMMARY: Alex did exactly what he was asked to do. There was no holding out for more money or any such nonsense. Fee was perfect. Very highly recommended without reservation.
