I really wanted to help a local business but she said she didn't need us and had many other clients and asked me to stop messaging her if we were unhappy. I have never been more impressed or seen such attention to detail from any other service I used in the past. I look forward to coming home after she has cleaned. She has even assisted with weekly projects to reorganize parts of my home, such as closets and the kitchen. I truly don't know what I would do without her. But D. went above and beyond getting people to come and clean and I was relieved. This coincided with a death in the family so I was pressed for time. They had a three-hour, two-person thing and said to pick five rooms. I picked the kitchen, living room, two bathrooms, and if there was time, bedroom. Five. They spent 2.5 hours in the relatively clean kitchen and managed to do the bathrooms. I was going to give 3-4 stars because of D's efforts to make the booking trouble right. But when I got into bed last night- the cleaners left when they "blew a fuse" and prevented me from working- there was GARBAGE piled up ON MY BED. WHERE MY PILLOW IS. There was also garbage on the night stand and boxes randomly piled everywhere. They did not do the living room but J called and told me I could pay more for them to do the mopping they were supposed to do. It sucks because I need a regular cleaner and I have this important event and now a wake today and I am scrambling to do this work that wasn't done. But the garbage in my bed was just ... so awful. I've never experienced anything like it. I loved that D. tried hard to get someone here but one of the cleaners just did not want to clean. The other was nice but she can't do it all herself. So now I have to take off work and clean for a job I spent hours arranging. I do get my house cleaned about once a month. The toilets and baths needed scrubbing (stuff cleaners do) and floors needed mopping (again, stuff cleaners do) but the house was not in condition that more than three hours is needed. Cleaners are usually in and out in 90 minutes and make my bed look nice, not like a landfill.
