He was able to address all my questions and was able to give me a very reasonable quote based off the pictures I had uploaded and sent to him. He clearly laid out what would be included in the service and what would not (for example, no garage and no backyard). Making an appointment was extremely pain free as he was very accommodating toward our days. Yes, they offer their services both Sat and Sun. On the day of the service, he came with 2 other crew members and I was able to walk through the home with him to go through high level of what has to be done. I made the booking online on Sunday night for a Tuesday cleaning appointment, and I had 3 Venezuelan women (they only speak Spanish) come punctually today. Luckily my dog walker popped by and was able to help translate, but tbh we would have been ok even without a translator. The 3 ladies were an excellent well oiled team who went straight to work after a very brief orientation. I have 2 dogs that shed (a lot) and the ladies made my apartment sparkling clean. They were efficient and it took 4 hours (x 3 ladies) to clean a 3 bed/ 3 bath/ 2000SF - this included mopping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms and making 2 beds and cleaning out my vacuum cleaners at the end. Cost was $240. This included a 20% discount for signing up to having a weekly service. Tips are optional and can be paid in person or through the Homey online platform. Mariella was also very helpful on the phone and by text, and any extra instructions can be texted to her (eg if you wanted laundry folded, this could be added for an additional cost). After today's experience, I'm 100% going to use them regularly going forward.

To provide some context, we have a 100 year old, 1700sq ft. house with hardwood floors and area rugs and a newborn. We've been working with the Next Level for a few months now on an every other week basis and are extremely happy with their work. First, they do a fantastic and thorough job cleaning. The team is proactively looking for feedback, so if you don't feel something was done thoroughly, they'll definitely revisit it the next time around. Second, they are friendly and caring. My wife is typically home with our baby when the team comes and the women are respectful and they love interacting with the baby. They understand it's important to have clean floors and a house free of dust for our child. And it's generally been the same few ladies returning each week. Lastly, they are reasonably priced. This was one of my biggest concerns. I did speak to a few other companies at slightly lower prices, but did not feel as comfortable working with them. Of course, price will depend on the level of cleaning needed and the amount space. They were upfront about the initial cleaning price and then how much each week would work out to. That price has stabilized. One final note, the team has let me know if and when they were ever going to be running late to our typically scheduled day and time. I've had some decent and good cleanings over the years but Hylton gave me something I didn't even realize I was searching for. No judgement. Generally, I call for cleaning when the home gets messy and chaotic which, according to a cleaner friend, is way harder to deal with than filthy. So whenever I'm showing a new cleaner around, i always catch a glimpse of the silent judgement and slight annoyance with the chaos. After some juggling around the time, the two women from Hylton showed up and cheerfully told me they would bring the house back to Order. I looked at their eyes and for the first time ever, I saw determination not judgement. Together they scrubbed, rubbed and wiped the home down. They moved, organized and wrangled my home into submission. I signed up for a deep cleaning and I received a Deep Cleaning. A cleaner windowsill where once I thought the windowsill was already clean. There was a crevice between the washer and dryer and they figured out what to use to reach there. I expressed my concern that most cleaners miss corners and behind furniture and they alleviated those concerns by removing every speck of dust from every single crease and crevice. This is a company that takes great pride in the work that they do. However, when they were finished and called me to do the walk through, they proved that differently from any place I've used in the past. I didn't just walk and nod. She was right behind me and actually asked questions about each area then asked if I needed them to improve anything. I said yes in one instance, and they immediately put me out the room and remade the area. I was blown away by the professionalism, kindness and peace they brought to my space. Usually I find issues in the hours or days after the cleaning but not this time because they were so thorough, both with the work and because of the questions they ask at the end. If I had found something though, I got the distinct impression that it would be safe to let them know it. I'm glad I found them and I am definitely going to call them again.
