The third time we tried to use her service, she made many promises to come and then never showed up. I really wanted to help a local business but she said she didn't need us and had many other clients and asked me to stop messaging her if we were unhappy. I was very sad to see their service, I wanted to help my mom clean our house but I am looking for someone else now. She is cheaper than other places but be ready for bad customer service.

Ruthie also offered to put together a cleaning kit for me, filled with products and cleaning supplies I would need to clean my home the weeks that she would not. Ruthie came with bags full including all the receipts. This was extremely helpful to me as my home is new with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances I never had in my former home. The day came for Ruthie and Mariana to clean my home. They were prompt and carried in their own cleaning supplies and equipment. Several hours later Ruthie texted me they were done. I walked into my home and was speechless. My home was impeccable, shining, so beautiful I wanted to touch nothing. It smelled so fresh, my floors sparkled!!
