I REGRET ever bringing this company into my home! Hired them for a premium move-in clean of a completely empty and clean apartment, expecting attention to detail and sanitation. What I got was the opposite, they left the apartment dirtier than before! One cleaner showed up with her teenage son, who was shirtless and sitting in the middle of the apartment when we arrived. Despite charging me for 8 hours, they stayed for 4 hours stating it's a team of 2 professionals... When I returned after the cleaning, most of the apartment was UNTOUCHED including basics like the vanity or appliances! I brought this to their attention and they sent the team back but I wasn't there. I came back the next day to find a horrible smell, and the toilet had been used and left unflushed, with pee stains on it!!! Absolutely disgusting, the apartment was more unsanitary after their visit than before!!! I reached out to the company and their customer service rep Julie tried her best, but ignored my request for a refund. No response, no accountability. I paid almost $600 for this nonsense!!! SHAME ON YOU. AVOID this company at all costs, you'll spend more time cleaning up after them than before they came! read more

Our first time using this cleaning service. Excellent service and thorough cleaning. Highly recommended. We are actually was not able to be in our apartment at the day of cleaning. We agreed with Andrey to leave the key inside the lock box and make cleaning without our presence there. I have to say the guys did a great job without any control from our side. I've used other cleaning services before, the issue i've had was that they were pretty lazy. they didn't TRULY clean everything down to the details that matter. ex: maybe something was wiped down but they were still marks or it was just sloppy in general. the women from luxury cleaning were incredibly sweet, and cleaned my apartment VERY WELL. this was for my move in, so the apartment was completely empty. they THOROUGHLY cleaned and if i didn't ask to end early, they would've kept going. they SCRUBBED it down, and they were incredible. i really liked them and will use luxury cleaning again. read more

I called Luxury last minute to see if they could accommodate a last minute cleaning, and they totally did. The owner came himself to clean the place up. He did a great job - the apartment was spotless afterwards. He mopped the floors with a real mop (unlike some of the other services on this site who use whiffers) which I really appreciated. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that I had provide most of the cleaning supplies, but you should just know that going into it. Reasonable prices, excellent service! I was using a woman freelance and she cancelled on me last minute for the second week in a row. I needed someone right away to handle a post-renovation cleanup. My apartment was coated in a layer of dust. Andrliy spent a solid 6 hours cleaning the dust on my stuff/furniture, on his knees cleaning the floor, and vacuuming/mopping every nook he could find. His fees are reasonable and he communicates well, calling a couple of days before to confirm the appointment. He is prompt and takes his company seriously. not bad. i chose the $90 dollar deep clean, and while i wouldn't say that it was DEEP, it was sufficient. and , hey it was only 90 bucks. i took my dog for a 2.5 hour walk and bonded with the pooch, instead of trying to clean up a bunch of post-repair dirt and grime. definitely worth it. read more

I am very disappointed with the services of this company! When I got back to my place, it had not been vacuumed, properly dusted and my coffee table was just as dirty as it was before I left. I live in a studio apartment that is less than 500 square feet. I am capable of cleaning my place better than what was done. I feel like it was a waste of my money. It was a very thorough cleaning, a uniformed girl arrived on time with her own cleaning supplies. I just needed to provide my vacuum cleaner. I left her for about 3 hours and was doing some errands. When I came back the apartment smelled good, my bathroom was like brand new, sink and bath tub brilliant white and all corners cleaned. If you don't mind being lied to under any and all circumstances where Andriy wants to save face and he thinks it is far preferable to lie than to tell what is going on, and that he made a mistake. If you don't mind whether your English is understood, if you don't mind the cleaning person speaking no English and Andriy not really understanding you either, the actual cleaning job can be good. The first time I was very satisfied, but then he sent over someone whose English was fluent. But she lied about things there was no need to lie about, like why she would not be returning the next time. Andriy and she both lied, the second time, about why she did not bring a vacuum cleaner. They told boldly different reasons for that. They gave boldly different reasons for why she was very late.His English over the phone was so bad I thought I would try writing in email, but I think he didn't understand much of that, either. The actual cleaning was spotless and beautiful the first time. The second time it was just OK, her heart wasn't in it. The third time he sent someone who spoke no English. I tried explaining about 4 pieces of hand carved furniture which could have nothing but a dry cloth on them, but it was clear she didn't get it. So, I called Andriy, at the point it was abundantly clear that my furniture was in danger of being treated badly, just because she understood not a word of English. He told me she "got everything", so I took him up on that and said, very well, tell me what she said I said, and he listed a whole long bunch of instructions, none of which was what I had said to her. I asked him to speak to her directly, and I told him about the pieces of furniture. He called her but then never called me back, she just went on cleaning as though there had been no exchange, so I asked her to go home immediately. He never called to translate for us. He was just interested in sounding like he was being a good businessman, which he was not. At this point, because I know his people do a pretty good job of cleaning, I would have liked him to call me with translations, or offering to send me someone new immediately, but he made no effort to secure my business and I believe I cannot trust him. I would have even been open to working with someone who spoke no English if he had told me ahead of time, and if he had offered to translate for a while. She seemed nice, but her employer was screwing her as much as he was screwing me. read more

We hired Luxury Cleaning to come and do a deep cleanse of my daughter's apartment who was directly affected by the East Village Explosion at the end of March. I can't say enough about how hard they worked - 3 workers. The windows had been destroyed that served the living room, kitchen and bathroom. Luckily nothing was broken but the soot and smell had infiltrated the apartment. Luxury came in and worked from 10 am to 5 pm cleaning the walls and ceilings with a special appliance called The Rainbow. It was amazing to see the amount of dirt that came off! The cabinets in the entire apartment were cleaned, the sofas steamed, refrigerator, stove, appliances, drawers emptied and cleaned out and put back. The bathroom, bedrooms and hallways, floors, wood floors, blinds, windows and bedrooms too. Amazing job, plus they were nice and friendly. The apartment looks and smells great. I highly recommend.
