This review is based solely on my personal experience and interaction with Prestige…read more My experience: When the windows were delivered on November 15, 2024, I was unable to reject the delivery as I was informed verbally, and they confirmed in writing, that the windows first "needed to be installed" before any inspection could take place. Per the contract terms, I was required to make the payments due at each stage -- including the delivery day payment, which brought my total paid to 90% of the $24,378.89 -- or face financial and legal consequences. FDACS public records: On March 2, 2026 I filed a consumer complaint with FDACS, State Consumer Mediator. Last week, on April 28, 2026, Prestige stated to the FDACS Mediator that I had: "inspected, accepted, paid for (in full), and permitted full installation of the product. No timely rejection occurred under the contract terms." BBB public record: However, 7 months earlier under the BBB complaint filed June 30, 2025, Prestige stated in a response on August 11, 2025: "When the client tried to 'reject the delivery', we called the manufacturer and they told us the windows had to be installed for them to look at them." I will now be taking the next legal step, supported by the detailed documentation I have compiled from Prestige's statements, responses and interactions over the past 18 months. My suggestion: Read the full complaints from the BBB (7/30/2025) and the FDACS (3/02/2026) which you can request to view at no cost. Based on the information in those documents and my experience, you can decide whether this is the right company for your project. In the meantime, see the photo of the windows that I get to look at every day, which shows four distinct multi colors (bright silver, light gray, medium gray and dark gray) visible from 30 feet away. Started out great. Friendly, Attentive, professional. They ordered the wrong doors. they did reach…read moreout to see if I would accept the doors at a slightly higher price since they were impact doors. I agreed. They came and installed them. After the installation there were a few issues. Doors were missing hardware, Screw holes uncovered, screw holed damaged, broken floor tile (and never said anything about it). Doors have a gap you can see outside light. Called the office spoke to Anne and she scheduled me for someone to come by and asses. Guy came by and noticed all the mistakes. said he was going to go to Home Depot to get some material and never came back. Called Anne a week later. She said that they were getting the material from the warehouse. I told her I had no Idea no one said anything. She apologized and said she'll get on it. Here is it 2 weeks later and no communications. Tried calling and no one answers my calls. seems like they are screening my calls. cant get a hold of anyone. I've let messages and nothing. This review is my next first step. If I don't hear from 360. Next step is BBB. and then I'll take a more direct course of action. BE CAREFUL I have pictures and recordings to back me up.
