Premier's done a great job for me the last 8 to 10 years. They sold me my Lennox equipment and I've taken care of it since installation. It's always easy to make an appointment and I enjoy the extended warranty that includes two visits yearly to look for and take care of any impending issues. Premier Indoor Comfort Systems is the best Heating and Air company I have ever worked with. Our present system was only a year old when the owner of the company we initially purchased from said, a defective part in the system was not available anywhere in the US and we had to wait 15 weeks to obtain the part from the manufacturer. I spoke to Nikki Erkson at Premier Indoor Comfort Systems and was reassured that she would try her best to find the necessary part. It is cold and I was devastated trying to think of ways to keep my family warm until this could hopefully be resolved. Even though our system was still under warranty, the owner who installed it did nothing to reassure us of a solution. Within a week, Nikki Erkson, found the part in Canada and had it overnighted to us for installation this afternoon. Finally, after being without heat since December 1, 2025 we had heat in our home again thanks for Nikki Erkson and Premier Indoor Comfort Systems. I cannot say enough great things about this company and the price quoted was less than it would have been using the company we were dealing with before. Premier was an exceptional family runner company. I have used them for years, they were higher priced but worth every penny with the service they provided. Sadly,the last year or so things have changed. I think they may have been bought out, feels it. I have had 2 disastrous installs with them this month. Wrong parts both times. Went over where placement of equipment would be and both times they just did what they wanted to, ignoring me. The service Manager, Mike is ghosting which is incredibly unprofessional. The people they have coming out to bid the job are clueless. They are not training them properly. After 20 years, I am done with Premier. Having been a Premier Indoor Comfort Systems customer for over 10 years, they used to be an honorable company. I can no longer recommend Premier as an honest HVAC company. The short version - Premier came out to perform our summer inspection. One of our HVAC systems could not maintain cooling. Premier claimed we needed them to perform over $2300 of "cleaning" services to restore the function of the A/C system. Their work order noted that they did not check the refrigerant level of the system - a service they advertise on their web site as part of the bi-annual inspection. Not wanting to spend over $2300 on an older system, I contacted another HVAC company for a 2nd opinion. The 2nd company performed the same service, observed that unit was over 2 lbs low on refrigerant, added refrigerant to the system, and restored the system to service for $ 349. I left (2) messages for the service manager Mark Harman and (1) for John Stezzi (business). They failed to return my calls. Premier assessed our situation of having a hot upstairs and a much cooler downstairs, and recommended adding a zone system to our existing furnace. After owning our home for 5 years, finally it is comfortable and energy efficient! Zac Brannon was able to expertly program and adjust all of the settings on the thermostat to maximize the capacity of the unit. They have been excellent to deal with and added a lot of value to our home, and increased our comfort dramatically! Highly recommend! read more

We have been experiencing power issues with our air conditioning unit over the course of the past ten days, resulting in several tripped breakers and a blown fuse. After two visits by a Premier Indoor technician, no actual work was done to address the capacitor of the air conditioner itself. Instead, a $13 part was installed, which was subsequently priced by a technician at $190. $420 later, we have air conditioning, but for how long? When will this patch fall off? Realistically, a company shouldn't try to patch holes and charge multiple hundreds of dollars in lieu of fixing the underlying problem, especially when the air conditioning unit is less than two years old and is still under warranty. We had used this company before and were not 100% thrilled with their pricing, but they were very reliable, at the least. We intend on finding service elsewhere for our next maintenance. read more

Premier did a great job providing a solution to lower the humidity in my basement with a new heat pump system and whole home dehumidifier. The installers worked hard and were extremely patient to make sure everything was installed correctly. They also scheduled a follow-up call with a quality control technician to ensure everything was installed to meet the manufacturer's specifications. read more

Premiere indoor comfort systems did an amazing job. I called with no heat. A service tech was out with in hours. My system was almost 20 years old and not worth fixing. They had their installers out the next day and put in all new equipment. Their tech were very friendly and polite and educated us on our system and how it worked and how to maintain our system. Their prices are reasonable with their competitors and they have awesome financing options. I would recommend premiere to anyone and everyone!!!! read more

Stay away from this company please. Paid $1200 for duct cleaning and their so called Excellent Service Plan (ESP) on two AC units in Peachtree City GA. They hired a third party to do all the duct cleaning - could have gone to duct cleaning company directly and save a few hundred dollars. Their ESP program is a scam - don' t trust them to do the job unless you are standing over the technician to watch every move. They simply do not do the job they're paid to do. ESP included cleaning outside coils - they never touch it!! Had to call them back out there and were go in no time. Fayette county GA technician is very lazy. PLEASE DO YOUR HOME WORK AND DON'T BE FOOLED BY THEIR CONNING CUSTOMER SALES AGENTS. I was completely ripped off and now taking my case to State Consumer Protection agency and BBB. Premier installed a new heating/air system in my home on 3/17/2015. We paid almost 12k cash to Premier and have had a service agreement with the company for several years. The system has never worked properly. It first broke 2 days after installation. It has since frozen up 3 subsequent times since March. The system is 5 months old and still under warranty. After multiple service calls and countless requests to speak to a supervisor, our system is still not working. On Thursday I called and spoke to Kim. She scheduled a technician to come out at 8am on Saturday and stated she would have a manager call me to discuss the ongoing problems. I never received a call from a manager. On Saturday morning, after no one showed at 8, I called Premier. The associate had a technician call me and informed me that I was not on schedule for Saturday and I would have to call premier back to schedule an appointment. When I called premier back and very clearly requested a manger call me back to discuss the issues we were having, she had the same technician call me back who again advised I have no appointment. Given that I have begged Premier on multiple occasions to please get my brand new system up and running and have repeatedly asked to speak to a manager at Premier with not a single phone call to date, I paid $300 to have a different company look at my system. The hope is that a different company can get the new system operating properly without multiple service calls. read more

Couple of weeks back I scheduled an appointment to get tuneup & repair service for my furnace. I was given a window but technician did not show up, nor did I receive any call. After waiting for half an hr more after window I called their office on the status. To my surprise only then they contacted the technician who did not have knowledge of my appointment. Not only I was not given explanation on the communication breakdown, but also did not receive any apology for their mess, except that if I were their "premier" contracted customer they would accommodate me, which means possibly my appointment time was given to their "premier" customer. Premier was the company I called to get our HVAC up and running in 2009 when we moved in, and again for a quick repair a couple years later. I just had Jose here for a check-up on the furnace and AC before we rent out our house. He was on time, very nice, and thorough. Everything looked fine, but he did a great job of explaining what could go wrong with the system, and the ramifications. I'll be calling them with any future issues. read more

My experience with premier has been positive from start to finish when I installed an entirely new heating and air conditioning system. We have been with the company for a few years for the annual check ups for our old system. The system we had was very old and when Brian S. came out for the annual check this year, he let me know that it was getting near the danger point. We decided with no pressure whatsoever from the company to replace our system. Steve K, the sales representative, patiently explained the various options available in a very clear manner. He answered all of my questions and remained available to answer anything via cell phone. The fellows, Jason and Steve, who came out to install the system deserve praise. They worked on a cold, rainy and miserable day in my crawl space from 7am to 9pm to install the new system. Afterward, the system was tested and explained to me with assurances that they would continue to check to see that the system was satisfactory.
