Then the associate named Isabel Trujillo, who attended me the 2nd time I walked in, accused me of having a fake driver license/ID. Can you believe it?! She told me that she reviews many Arizona state ids & has never seen one like mine. Mine is worn a bit so the protective seal it has on it is coming off. I find it funny that she's accusing me of having a fake identification when my sibling has went in there recently & opened an account with the same type of driver license. Haha! I took my services somewhere else. These people are ridiculous! Don't bank here. I'm pretty sure the lady was being lazy because it was close to 5 & she probably didn't want to do her job.
