I called a few months later the cancel in insurance because I sold my car and they said it was all good it had been canceled and I was happy how quick it was. A month later I see a charge in my bank so I call back. They told me I never canceled, so I couldn't even get refunded because I was the one that called on my part and told them I wanted to and they made that mistake on their part. They took the money for that month, and on top of that I had to pay for another month on insurance for the car I didnt even have. As if that didnt seem bad the person on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was very upset they took a few hundred from me but at least I was done hearing from them. UNTIL, I got a letter in the mail saying I have to pay more out of pocket. This was by far THE WORST experience with insurance I've ever had. Save yourself the hassle and try someplace else.

Covered CA let me know that's too much work and to call the agent assigned to me. Didn't really know I had one since I signed up online January 2017. So she gave me the number and I call Sillect where this agent of mine works. The lady answering the phones right now named Maria stated no one is there so no one can help me. Even though she answered most my questions but when I said that covered CA said to talk to them because they are EXPERTS and can check for me better on fertility issues this Maria woman told me she can't. I said I know you can compare and view insurances through covered CA and see what is covered. She was rude and couldn't take 10-15 of her day to help me and look at these plans. She let me know to call back Monday. I asked to speak to a manager or someone else, she let me know that no one else was there 45 minutes before closing time. Hellooooo you guys are the experts do you mean to really tell me NO ONE can look up insurance plans and find what covers infertility???? You're an insurance company!!!
