i would give 0 star if yelp let me....in 2018 this shady lawyer made many mistakes in my mother's…read morecase one of her mistakes is one of them is the worst part she made up lies and added into my mother's declaration form and sent it to USCIS without my mother's consent or even reviewing it in the first place then she called us in into her office and she gave my mother the declaration statement and my mother carefully read it and my mother said this isn't what i stated in the daclaration and sarah rich got upset and yell at us sayin there isn't nothing i can do i already sent everything to uscis you need to sign the document and study the declaration so when you get your interview just answer the questions according to the statement that i made for your and then my mother told sarah rich "how can i sign this if this isn't what i stated" sarah rich got irritated again and then calmly said just sign the form and study the declaration and when you get called to uscis interview just answer the questions according to the declaration to the uscis officer....ever since she was our first lawyer we didn't have no option but to trust her since she was an immigration lawyer we thought she knew what she was doing......after 2 interviews in 2019 in uscis fresno my mother's case got denied and my parents went back to sarah rich and to confront her and sarah rich got so nervous and she said (("i thought you where going to get your green card i dont have higher authority to appeal your case i have a friend in sethi law group that he can appeal he has higher authority yo appeal your case so i will be transfering your case with him")) so we called in to sethi law group and they haven't got anything from sarah rich.....this lady screw my mother up big time sarah rich wanted another lawyer to handle her errors and mistakes so she can get rid of us

After 2 weeks, I called and left messages. I wanted to know if she could take my case or not. 4 weeks later, after constantly calling, she finally told me she wasn't able to help me. 150 dollars and 4 weeks later for that?!? Very unprofessional, do not recommend. Save your time and money.
