Atrocious customer service! I had ordered supplies. 10 days later, after no communication, I called back. They had taken my money the day I ordered. But 10 days later, they had NO record of my or. Said they'd overnight my shipment. That was 3 days ago. Have still not received my supplies. Got an email this morning that it will not be arriving until tomorrow late afternoon. I have problems every month with them. Every time I contact them, I'm on hold for approximately an hour, just to order a refill. But this time is beyond unacceptable. if I could give them less than one star, I would. The order for my son Sensors was created June 29. It was supposed to be here by July 10. I never received it. I was on the phone with them for over 59 minutes and the man couldn't get a supervisor on the phone. Since it's Friday I have to wait till Monday to get a callback from a supervisor. So basically, there care saying it's full of crap because it's been over two weeks. My son hasn't got his Sensors nor did they ever give me a call and the guy kept saying he was sorry but there's nothing he can do. they keep you on hold forever and they say that having on-time delivery is paramount to the care of each patient but nothing ever got done I didn't get a phone call an email or a text message or anything just somebody saying I have to wait till Monday to speak to a supervisor. read more

Horrible service. Constant problems with getting my daughter's diabetic supplies. They will say that the package has shipped then when it never arrives claim that oh it was on the shelf never got shipped. Or any array of other excuses. Horrible company that lies and has no care or concern for its diabetic clients. Not the only one that has constant issues. This company needs to be investigated. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service!! I received a text on Friday April 21st that my daughters diabetes supplies would be shipped on Monday April 24th. I called them on Friday April 28th because it usually arrives in 2-3 days and her dexcom had expired. The man told me that insurance required another prior auth. I completely understand this and am not upset with that at all. I said ok and asked that I please be kept updated since I thought the supplies had been shipped and didn't get notified that they weren't. Today, May 2nd at 9:43am, I called again to check the status of her shipment and see if they received what they needed from insurance. I was told it was "sent to be prepared" and I would be notified with shipping info. I specifically asked "so you got the paperwork that you needed from the insurance?" And was told "that was the problem with the delay but it's being prepared". I said "ok thank you". Then this afternoon I get a call 2 minutes before they close stating that they need prior auth and the shipping has been delayed. #1 why was I not notified of the original delay and #2 why was I told today it's being prepared just to get a call hours later that its been delayed. The answer to EVERYTHING is "we will let you know" when in all reality no one has let me know anything!!! read more
