This is not a hasty, petty review. I've dealt with Walgreens all across the Country. This is by far the worst Pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I recently had a pain medication prescription sent to this Pharmacy. The medication was pre approved by my Doctor, Walgreens and the Insurance Company. Loganville was the only location that had it in stock. So, I drove the 3 hours to Loganville to pick it up. Staff there refused to fill the prescription saying it was not pre authorized when it had. The time it took to clear this up with Walgreens extended past my current medication and caused me to go through withdrawals. Everyone involved in this should be terminated. read more

HERE IT IS: worst. walgreens. ever. Check out the call time on the attached image. After 45 minutes I literally drove to the store because I got so tired of the hold music on the phone. Parked the car. Went inside. The ppl in the pharmacy were doing NOTHING. Avoiding picking up the phone that was blinking red (with me on hold). I was going to lose my on them, but I stopped myself. Life is too short to waste time explaining to these halfwits how much they suck. I got in my car, drove across the street to CVS and never looked back. switched my prescriptions, convinced family members to do the same. Twice came here for the vaccine for a family member. Both times had a reservation. After signing in have to wait 45 minutes to get the shot. Why even have a reservation? Zero reason for the wait. I had mine at another pharmacy with a 5 minute wait. This pharmacy is awful. read more

As with most Loganville businesses the employee turnover just doesnt't lower customer service it ruins good, satisfactory business relationships like a shot out of the dark. I didn't recognize the staff and manager I spoke with today... none of the folks that know me and my family, none of the folks who smile and say, "hope to see ya, next time Mr. B". Today, after repeating family birthdates and my address over 5 times to the arrogant, smart ass young assistant in the prescription drive thru window I parked my vehicle and demanded to speak to the store manager. I made sure to tell the cashier at the front door that my "concerned attitude" and forcefullness had nothing to do with her. The manager that arrived shortly listened but that's it.... didn't ask my name, didn't show much effort to resolve, didn't even apologise. I showed her the receipt and she called out the cashier number and said ok. They (everybody I guess) just wanted me to leave. I'll be filing a corporate complaint later tonight but haven't decided about moving on to another place for the weekly drug store visit. I recommend this pharmacy HELL NO they text you prescription ready for pick up and you get there and waited 40 min it's not even ready they told me to come back I came back and still not ready but I received the notification it's ready .. the pharmacist clerk was extremely rude like she didn't want to be there maybe because it was around 15 cars waiting for service read more

I have to give a shout out to tonights amazing pharmacy staff at this location! (a very special thank you to Dalelene) We were caught off guard tonight by a toddler with a 103.5 fever and after spending an hour and 15 mins at urgent care, we left with a prescription for ear and upper respiratory infections. All the pharmacies in the area had closed at 8 or 9PM. Walgreens pharmacy in Loganville is open until 10PM. We left the urgent care at 945PM and I called to ask if we would be able to get a prescription filled for our sons infection and the voice on the other line said yes, just come to the drive thru! I was ecstatic! We pulled up to the drive thru and Dalelene asked for our insurance and if she had just spoke to us on the phone, we told her yes that was us. She took the prescription, we made our copay and we had our medicine by 10PM! I am beyond impressed with and so thankful for the customer service and care these individuals took to help us at a desperate time! Our son is asleep soundly thanks to you and your care read more

Went there to get passport photos done. Took total of 45 minutes. The shift lead Pauline was not overtly friendly; rather she seemed annoyed to have been pulled away from her stocking adventures in the aisles. She never explained what she was doing or why we had to wait; she just turned her back on us and worked. She was asked to ring up the two sets of photos separately, but failed to do so. When it was stated by us that we wanted them separated she copped an aggressive you're not right attitude with us. Clearly unfriendly and unprofessional behavior that makes customers feel like they are an inconvenient nuisance. read more

This is BY FAR the most courteous and helpful pharmacy i've been to in many years. After attempting to fill my prescription at numerous other locations, only to be treated like a criminal merely bc i hadnt filled at their specific location prior, I finally was left with this 24 hour pharmacy as the rest had closed or rejected me despite the fact that I had filled that same medication from a different pharmacy of the same name a few months back. If only I had come to this location FIRST. The pharmacist on staff (Larry) was very knowledgeable on the medications I was looking to fill, despite how rare they were. Most importantly he cared enough to help understand my situation as much as possible prior to making a decision. Instead of just turning me away because I was "new", he did his due diligence and saw that i had filled numerous times at other Walgreens locations. Based on this, he made a decision to fill my prescription as opposed to other pharmacists that ive encountered who will turn you away merely because "its not their problem". To make the visit even more memorable, the pharmacist took less than 5 minutes to fill the prescription. He could have easily made me wait until the next day like all other pharmacies, but he didn't. Pharmacies need to understand that when hiring a pharmacist, they need to have someone that is able to do both their trade skill as well as being able to provide excellent customer service. Competition is fierce amongst pharmacies, and patients will NOT go back to a place that showed little/no interest in helping them. If the tables were turned, would you? The customer service aspect is almost non-existent amongst pharmacists, however I can truly say that this last experience has proven to me that there ARE still pharmacists who truly care about the patient. Three tries and I'm done! At best the Pharmacy staff are indifferent, at worst - dangerous. Between long waits to even be acknowledged you are there, to not having my prescriptions in stock with waits from 2 days to a week, to the final blow of trying to give me the wrong prescription which would have been potentially dangerous had I not caught it and had to argue with them that it was the wrong drug (after a few minutes they conceded, but didn't have the drug I needed), I give up! read more
