I'm many years late on this review, but what reminded me that I forgot to write it was the fact a friend of mine asked me to refer someone for her divorce and of course I remembered Karen! Going through a divorce can be one of the most challenging things you'll ever experience. The less stress you can put on yourself during such a trying time, the better. Karen does exactly that. She's very empathetic, very thorough and efficient, and most importantly, she knows her shit! She's not going to have you do unnecessary things if you don't need to. There's no need to hire an attorney and pay tens of thousands, unless you want to. If your divorce was going to be a complicated one, she would definitely tell you if you needed to hire one. Otherwise, trust her to do the work and get it done for you. When I went to her, I paid a very reasonable fee and she prepared all of our paperwork that we signed. We did not have to appear in court, which is the highlight, so no missed work or wasted time. No standing in one line in the courthouse to make however many copies, only to have to get into another to file your paperwork. She does it all. My friend was very upset about her situation and it felt great to send her to Karen. She definitely needed reassurances and needed to know she wasn't alone. Karen immediately worked on her paperwork and had everything ready for signatures. Put your mind at ease and just call her. I can't overstate how helpful Karen was during my divorce. My ex and I had gone through a Long Trial divorce from 2014-2015, believing we'd finalized everything in early 2015.
