The teachers are absolutely outstanding. They're caring and attentive and communicate freely with parents. Communication from administrators is also good but usually last-minute. It's so rare as a parent to know unequivocally that you've made the right decision but this has been one of them.

Individual training was crucial for me after back surgery, and I've stayed with it because of the results and the knowledge gained. Gyms and big group classes don't take into consideration your individual needs and limitations and would have been seriously dangerous for me when I started with Full Strength, though now I could easily participate in those things. Private training isn't cheap, but it's a lot cheaper than treating the eventual effects of bad training. I'm convinced that working with them will keep me out of the doctor's office and looking and feeling strong.
