For my first appointment at this office, I was immediately ushered into a billing office and asked to sign a financial contract to pay monthly for the entire birth starting very soon. I had not met a doctor or a nurse or any other medical provider yet. I did not feel comfortable committing to that financial obligation before meeting the doctor. I had zero information about the birthing location, common practices there, etc etc! The billing rep got flustered when I asked to sign the contract after my second appointment, and told me in a smug tone that I couldn't see the doctor that day unless I signed the financial contract. I got up and left. I feel that this office takes advantage of women in a vulnerable state by making them choose between the wellbeing of their baby and financial resources. That they use COVID as an excuse to silo women so that they are alone when making these commitments. I'm disgusted that the contract mattered more than my initial appointment. I have good insurance and a good job; there was no reason to block medical care outside of being slimy and money-hungry Also, the contract said NOTHING about cancelling the payments if I changed my mind about the provider. The billing rep said plenty of assurances that were not on the document itself. They didn't seem keen on adjusting the contract either I will never come back here. Businesses will keep up with these practices as long as we let them. Expect better and walk away when you feel financially coerced. read more

I really like how friendly the staff is. Whether if I am with my mom or making appointments for my mom it does not matter. They are super sweet. My mom's dr., Dr. Manning is amazing and explain things I dont understand to the "T". I like that. Because my mom sometimes does not understand what is going on. I am thankful for them through this pandemic that they still push through and make it possible for patients to be seen. Thank you to the health care workers and drs here. The staff are absolutely unpleasant and unwilling to help, I've called for 4 weeks now trying to get my info sent to new Ob they ended up sending to the wrong place and when I stated that they pretty much said oh well can't help you. Waste of time smh read more

Beware, though these offices state they are pediatricians, none, zero, zilch are neonatologists. (The specialists of babies). Don't try to see them if you have a baby and want someone who actually specializes in preemies, special needs or anything other than "pediatric" . They will turn you away and cancel all your appointments. read more

Extremely unhappy!! I was seeing Dr. Frimpong. At first, he was good, attentive to me needs. Recently I was in the emergency room just before Christmas. I was told I needed to follow up with my Primary Care Physician. I had an appointment the following day. It got canceled, conflict. New appointment set for the first Friday of January, canceled due to weather. Rescheduled for the next Monday, canceled due to conflict, and finally rescheduled for Wednesday. Phone call at 7:30 in the morning telling me Dr. Frimpong has a conflict and needs to reschedule. Now I have had to take time off from work for all these canceled appointments (no pay), no apologies, no showing any concern for my health. I strongly suggest if you are in need of any medical attention. You take your life in your own hands because they won't try to save your life! Occasionally there are some communication errors and it's hard to get an appointment with your primary but i think it just has to do with how fast Clarksville is growing. We just moved here and can not tell you enough how quickly we found on our first try, a wonderful, caring staff here. I have an extensive medical surgery history, yet Dr. Engel took his time, and really showed he cares about his patients. There isn't a long wait, and everyone is completely friendly. This place is a one stop place with blood work, C-scans, specialist.. etc. You don't even need an appointment if you are sick! read more

I been trying really hard to get seen this week my boyfriend tested positive for flu and I was feeling ill and was trying to get a test to double check if I just had a cold or sinus infection (I get them pretty often) or did infact have the flu. I called out of work to get seen since walkins on Sunday aren't available til 1, I was sent away immediately after walking in after I had called asking if they had walk ins available. I was told I had to have a negative covid test to be seen ? So I'm forced to continue to be sick until I can get seen but they won't see me ? I asked her to explain why I was told they had walk ins available if they weren't allowing me to be seen. She said if anyone has any covid symptoms they cannot be seen without a negative test within a few days. Covid systems align with literally every illness strep, flu, sinus infection, the common cold literally anything could've classified as covid symptoms. Due to the fact that I had a sore throat I was sent away. Basically if your sick you can't be seen. A huge waste of an establishment why have walk ins just to send everyone sick away??? Unless you've already been seen and tested you can't be seen. This is why so many people are spreading sickness because they can't be seen and are discouraged to even try and go to the doctor because they don't actually care about your health. read more

They are only worried about the money they can get from you. They've over charged me several times and I've had to contact them to reimburse me twice. Each time harder than the next. I've never had a good experience there and I have recently started looking for a new primary provider. read more

My mother Called at 8am as soon as they opened to try to get me into the walk in but since I was running a fever I was told I had to set up an appointment to get Covid tested by them before I could do the walk in and my mother gave them her number to call since I was sick and asleep so my phone was off. They ended up calling me of course and when I called back they kept telling me they had to find the nurse or they would call me in when they made the appointment. By 11 when I hadn't heard anything back I called again and was told the nurse was still too busy. I called again at 1 and was told the same thing and that they marked it as urgent and a supervisor would be calling me soon. Never heard anything back so by 2 I made an appointment in another city that would see me and by then my fever had spiked to 101.4. Luckily the other doctor office was very kind and got me in ASAP. Come the follow day you guys FINALLY call back and tell me I didn't need an appointment and could of just walked in so I was lied to by multiple receptionist and nurses as I was told I couldn't walk in and had to have an appointment. This is THE worst medical group in the United States. I know that sounds like hyperbole, but unfortunately I've suffered this place for the past five years just because they have the most multitudinous hours at their walk in clinic. My son's pediatrician is actually a good doctor. Unfortunately he works for the worst managed medical group I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Today was the last straw. I showed up at 8 am for a 8:20 appointment and after I turned in the paperwork they told me that my doctor wasn't going to be in until 10 am. There was no attempt to let me know. There was no attempt to fix the problem. They didn't schedule me with an NP or another doctor. Nothing. I had my husband take a day off to watch my toddler and now I still don't get to see a doctor. They also overcharge for services. I have had several occasions when I've been forced to pay for well appointments. They will always find some BS reason to charge you. They will also fire you as a patient at the drop of a hat. They cancelled one son's appointment without telling me (noticing a pattern?). I showed up, waited a half hour, walked up to check on the appointment and was told it was cancelled cause he missed an appointment, which he didn't. The nurse insisted on an appointment time that my husband had said no to. So then I get a letter firing all my family from this office. My one child needs to see his doctor twice a year, so it was important to play nice and keep this doctor who knows my child. Not anymore. I will just have to find someone else. I had a follow up appointment with Dr. Jeffrey Hamre that should have only taken no more than 5 minutes, just some test results that technically could have been given over the phone. Nevertheless, my appointment was at 1:40 PM and I must have misunderstood the appointment time, because I arrived at the office at 1:00 PM. When I was informed that my appointment was at 1:40 PM, I figured I'll just wait, no big deal. There was only 1 other patient in the office who was there before me, so she was seen first. At 1:38 PM I was called back to see the provider. After the nurse took my vitals I sat in the room waiting for the provider until 2:30 PM. I could hear the Dr. Jeffrey Hamre talking in the hallway and going in and out of rooms. It literally took all of 3 minutes for him to tell me my test results, until I was in my car, on the road at 2:34 PM. This is ridiculous, no one should have to wait almost an hour for 3 minutes of care. The whole time I waited in the room, no one came back to check or give me a status update. I know when providers see a patient has Military insurance they see dollar signs, but this is absolutely unacceptable. This was very unprofessional, and I will never go to Premier Medical nor see Dr. Jeffrey Hamre again. I strongly believe the only reason the appointment was made was to bill the insurance. The provider I had before would just give me the results over the phone. Unfortunately, that provider was not available. Ladies do not see Dr. Jeffrey Hamre and I would not recommend Premier Medical for anyone else for a matter of fact. They are not about Respect, Integrity, and Compassion like their website states, they are about billing insurance and making money regardless of the quality of care they provide to patients.
