Great customer care! This was my first visit -Consultation with Dr. Ennis-a spirit of excellence by all staff. Efficient and effective.

I've enjoyed my association with Dr Ennis in the past, but today changed all that. I had a 2:20pm appointment with one of his PA's in order to have a prescription refilled. I waited at the receptionist's window for a few minutes while she checked in an English challenged woman. their conversation was difficult because of the language barrier, but I stood there patiently. When she left the window, the receptionist "greeted" me with "NEXT!". I chuckled and gave her my name. she stated "you had a 2:20 appointment and we only hold the window for 10 minutes, would you like to reschedule? I looked at my watch (an Apple Watch that's know for it's accuracy) and so help me, it was 2:31. I replied that if you're serious, then no, I don't ever want to reschedule with this practice. And I won't. I wish I had noticed her name, but I felt it best to keep quiet and leave. She was not, at all, pleasant, to say the least. Fortunately, these Dr's are a dime a dozen and I will spend my money elsewhere. The irony of this is that anyone that has ever been to Ennis's office knows that it's not unusual to spend literally hours waiting to be seen. If this 10 minute policy is their way to crawl out of that hole, it would have been nice if they mentioned it in the many, many texts and emails they sent out reminding me of the appointment. I've long been a positive voice for Tennova hospital, but this will sure temper that. Practices like this will help Tennova earn their just reputation. read more

First would like to state Dr.Ennis is an amazing doctor . He provides amazing care to not only me but the whole community as well. However Dr. Ennis nurse is absolutely rude ,not only in person when I was in office was she short and Kurt with me but when I called to ask a question and try to make a follow up she was again very short and rude on the phone when I asked for what days were available. I don't know her last name but Candace was her first. I would suggest giving some lessons on compassion for the elderly community. read more

Unfortunately had a very negative experience with this office. New to Clarksville, was referred to Dr. Ennis for a persistent condition. Was told that it would take 3 months + to get me in, settled for PA instead. Had to reschedule once on my end, thus in total it took over 5 months to finally get in to see the PA. Arrived at office 30 minutes early to ensure I completed all paperwork needed. Was taken into exam room on time, where I proceeded to wait over an hour past my scheduled appointment with no explanation other than we're busy. While waiting though, I could over hear staff discussing double booking patients, which would easily explain the terrible wait. They were also telling other patients that they had a 3-4 month wait for common procedures. Finally had to leave without being seen due to work commitments. I have only seen the NP. First opening for a colonoscopy is at the end of February 2023. My issue, so far, is with the girl that took me to the examining room. Wasn't in there long before she let me know that she did not like my insurance. Why did she feel the need to even say that? Sure made this old lady feel belittled. read more

I write this review because of the good experience I had with Dr Craig Ennis in nearly ten years of being a patient of his in the OC area. I could not imagine leaving a poor review of a good doctor based on an experience with office staff. In all my visits with Dr Ennis, he was very helpful and good to work with. He took the time to explain my condition (GERD), he worked to find the right Rx and he showed extensive knowledge, as well as an interest in keeping up with the latest information related to GI conditions. Now that he has apparently left Orange County, I have been searching for a local replacement and have been incredibly disappointed at alternates. I now appreciate even more what a good doctor he is. read more

Dr Ennis is a very good doctor and very informative. Fire your office staff before they ruin your business. On two occasion showed up for appointment and they said they called to cancel and didnit get an answer. For my appointment for 12/29/2020 I called to verify my appointment, they never mention that my appointment was cancel just told me the time and date. This is very unprofessional and inconvenience to show up for and appointment and the office staff sit there and lie in your face that they called when you know they didn't. The front desk staff needs to be replaced. I've never had such horrible service from a doctors office before. I've had a referral to see this doctor since April 6, no one contacted me so I reached out to them on Wednesday April 20 to make the appointment. Was told the doctor name needed to be placed on my referral. I then call TriCare and they took care of it right away. Was told to give it a few hours before I call the doctors back. Called he doctors back and they told me it would be a few day. I asked could someone call me so I can stop playing guess when to call. They took my number and assured me they would give me a call back. Monday, April 25 still no call back so I gave them a call. Was told the doctor isn't taking any more patients and I'll have to call my primary care provider to have it changed. What a waste of time!! I'm not sure of the skill of the doctor as clearly I wasn't seen, but if the front desk staff could be that unprofessional I'm glad to be going elsewhere. read more

She and her staff are very professional. PA Oland is a great guy with experience and a great bedside manner. I mainly deal with him and he's always maintained eye contact, and been compassionate and attentive. Follow-up appointments are great as he is prepared and familiar with the details of my case. My few dealings with Dr. Hyder have also been very professional and pleasant. read more
