Today, out of the blue, Alice messages me a really sweet message. Now, my 1 star review had absolutely nothing to do with this woman's abilities, talent, personality or integrity. It was given, with a sad heart, due to the front office staff that dropped the ball, horribly. I cannot review her current office staff (yet) but her message today is proof that she's the real deal. A real class act. She could have taken the attitude that most owners take upon a 1 star review.... the "who needs that client" attitude. Alice could have but instead, she put her integrity and honestly in action. How can anyone not admire that? Once again, her knowledge and talent was never the issue. When I arrived I was really nervous since it was my first time, but everyone was so nice! Marin did my facial and she was AMAZING! She is so nice, knowledgeable, personable, and helpful! Alice Beard seemed really nice at first, that quickly changed. I had a Treatment there the end of May first of June. It was suppose to cost me $528, instead of charging me that amount they charged me $628. They realised their mistake and sent me an email Saying they credited my card $100. Little did I realise instead of crediting my card 100, they credited the full amount to me. Unfortunately I never gave it a second thought or even realised once again they messed up. Today September 7, as I'm evacuating Florida preparing for Irma I stopped to get gas and my card was denied as I had insufficient funds. I contacted my bank immediately and was told Premier medical spa had charged my card $528. I'm not denying I Owe them the $ but couldn't they have called me or emailed me that they made another mistake so I could prepare for a charge of $528? Here I am trying to leave the state of Florida with my family in order to be safe during the storm with no money left In my account. I called Alice and spoke to her myself. Not only was she not compassionate but she was rude and hurtful. She said "as a responsible adult I should be able to pay my bills, and I should always have $ in my account to cover unexpected expenses. I explained that I always pay my bills and I was under the impression that charge was taken care of 4 months ago. Had she called me and let me know she charged me this amount, I could have been better prepared. Why couldn't she call me, email me or sent me a bill???? As I said she belittled me and was Extremly Rude!! Never have I been talked to like this before. Shame on you Alice. People beware!! This woman is heartless!!! So four months later they realised they made this mistake and quickly charge my card. read more

I received under eye filler from Alice and I was fairly happy with the process until I came back for a touch up, as they were uneven in the specific part that I wanted fixed. I came back in and was refused a touch up (i was told during my initial appointment if there is anything uneven i can receive a free touch up between 7-10 days after), and called back and spoke with Alice who was extremely unfriendly and said she can't be "giving away free treatment" although I already spent $600 on a treatment that did not fix the reason I came in to begin with. Terrible don't let this med-spa and Alice RUIN your face. Alice ( the owner) injected my cheeks with a very ugly unartistic and unnatural look. When I requested her to dissolve it, she only dissolved about 1/10 of the product, and was not willing to completely dissolve her work. Saying she " doesn't know" where she exactly placed the filler. Alice is very friendly, until she makes a mistake....then becomes rude, cold, and unhelpful. My face looked ugly after her injections:( all my family and friends noticed the "'change", and asked me ...what happened? Alice: I read your comment, why weren't you this " helpful" and kind when you improperly injected my face, and I requested that you remove the filler? I purchased a BOGO IPL Christmas special with the intention of getting one done at the beginning of 2020, and one right before my wedding in December of 2020. Right before treatment, Alice asked me if I would like to do my chest as well. This was my first IPL treatment, and I was not made aware this would count for my entire deal. I never would have gotten the treatment on my chest if I would have been told this upfront, as I had been most looking forward to getting the majority of my freckles off of my face prior to my wedding. During my appointment I asked Alice when the latest I could get the second treatment prior to my wedding and she recommended at least a month out. As I was checking out, the women at the front desk asked if I wanted to go ahead and book the second half of my promo and I told her I was going to wait until closer to the wedding for the best results. With multiple comments like this, it was my understanding that I still had my second treatment available to be used. Yesterday, I came in to get my second face/chest treatment and was going to ask pricing on adding on and doing my shoulders as well. The nurse let me know that I had already used my package and went to go verify with the office manager. The office manager confirmed this and apologized stating it was before her time at Premier. Alice came up front and stated that I used the two treatments and that the women who checked me out the previous time was mistaken and that I could always come in for one of their deals on Fridays and pay. Overall, I was very taken aback by the lack of customer service and then lack of accountability for her staff and left very frustrated and upset.
