I won a radio station contest for 3 sessions of tattoo removal services from this company. I'd never heard of them before but I was pretty curious about how this would actually work. I made an early morning consultation appointment and headed over the morning of that day. The place was very clean, bright, and professional and I felt out of place. They specialize in a lot of cosmetic procedures with very advanced technology. The front office staff where very polite and checked me in. Not long after I was called back. Nurse Pujadas asked me about which tattoo I'm getting removed, explained the entire process to me and I felt pretty confident about what was going to happen. She said it would probably take about 6 sessions to fully remove my tattoo but I told her that I'd wait after the 3 to see the results before continuing. We set up an appointment a month in advance for the 1st session and I was on my way. The first session was a little scary. I was brought back into a room and Nurse Pujadas put numbing cream on my tattoo and an ice pack to help numb it further. I sat in the room for about 30-40 minutes with a tv showing all the procedures that the business does, from tattoo removal to botox, laser hair removal to skin treatments. Wow. The nurse came back and then moved me into the room to get my arm zapped. The procedure is basically a laser that breaks up the ink and your body clears it out. She gave me a stress ball but it didn't hurt as bad as I thought it would. It felt like being shocked from static electricity times 20. In less than 5 minutes she was done. The area was swollen and blistered but otherwise I was fine. She covered it up in gauze and taped it up and we made another appointment for the next session 10 weeks later so it can heal up. It's only been a few weeks and I can already see my tattoo fading with some light spots. I'm really excited to see the outcome of this and if there's significant changes by the 3rd session, I will continue on. But right now I'm impressed by the business itself. read more

I had such high hopes for this office and treatment experiences ... and i read all these wonderful reviews .... my experiences were not good. #1 my first treatment (ever) i had a bad reaction and they kindly let me switch my prepay to try something else. #2 when i checked in for my 2nd chance i showed up early like most "doctors" prefer and then was told at 9:12am that since i was so early for my 9:30 appointment that the person doing the treatment was not even there yet, like i was in the wrong. #3 after above experiences they did take before photos, i had cool sculpting ... no follow up, no phone call to see how i was after previous experiences and certainly no after photos .... because there was no changes... i was completely disappointed with the entire experiences and won't be returning ... read more

I'm a relatively new member but my experience so far has been good. It's easy to call and speak to someone if you have questions or want to set up an appointment. My dear friend told me about CMA and so I decided to take the plunge. So far, I've had botox and laser treatments to my face to rejuvenate skin and decrease redness, sun spots and wrinkles. Botox was ok but I was a little disappointed the botox didn't restrict my movement enough. I think whatever they dilute the botox with is a little too much dilution for me. The laser treatments are currently happening and I haven't seen the final results yet but I am seeing improvements in my skin. I have to say the person giving me my laser treatments is kind and sensitive to the process. If you haven't had laser treatments.... they hurt. So, having someone who understands when you need a cold compress or when to ask if you're ok, is important. Also, she gives you her number in case you have any questions or concerns after the treatment. CMA is located underneath the San Marco Condos by the Sake Sushi. Private parking is available but could be an issue if you visit on a high volume day. read more

I've waited a year to review CMA until I had finished all my sessions and follow ups, so that my review would be comprehensive. To start with, I love how bright and beautiful the place is. I love how friendly the staff is, from check in to scheduling to reminders before appointments and explaining what they're doing before doing it to ensure you're comfortable. It's not the most affordable place to get any sort of treatments, but I was willing to pay someone more if they're going to be treating my face. For some treatments, prices were $50 cheaper at other places, and if you buy a package, then that makes a difference. The reason for that one star off is because after 6 treatments, I found out something that I should've been told before I even signed up for anything, and I could've gone into my sessions with a completely different perspective. That wasn't entirely cool. Nevertheless, I would still recommend CMA, but be sure to shop around, and, most importantly, do your research, extensively. read more

I went for a hydrafacial 10 times better results than going to ponte vedra spa for a facial. For all my busy ladies that want to get this service yet don't have 2 hours to waste this place is it.
