The space itself is very clean and has a calming energy, everyone who works there is extremely nice and happy to answer any questions you may have! When I went in for my consultation I really connected with the manager, Olivia (I'm not sure if she's there anymore but she was super kind and answered my extensive list of questions). The consultation was super chill, we went over pricing, treatment plans, etc. I wasn't ready to make a decision that day so we planned for a follow up phone call the next week. I really appreciated that they weren't pressuring me into making a decision! I think my consult may have been on the chiller side in part because I had received laser hair removal a decade ago in a different city, so I did have some idea of what to expect. Anyway! I was already pretty convinced I wanted to go with Milan because of the lifetime guarantee (as someone who had laser done years ago and needed more treatments- you may be able to understand why that'd be appealing) and after the consult, seeing my payment options broken down, etc. I was convinced! I've now seen 3 different laser hair technicians and all have been incredibly kind and patient (obviously it's a very painful and uncomfortable thing, so it's really important you feel as comfortable as possible with the person zapping a laser at you), so am very appreciative of that! Also really communicative in explaining how the laser works, when changes are being made to the settings as my treatments progress etc., so I can understand what's going on as well, which I really appreciate! Milan laser is also really accommodating about scheduling issues, rescheduling, etc which is super nice! Overall I think Milan offers the best possible experience for laser hair removal treatment ! It is expensive but it's one payment and then you have access to treatment for life so it really is worth it, in my opinion. I was checked in by a very nice lady. My wait was not long at all. The Nurse came in and got some info from me, then went to get the Physician Attendant. Both ladies were nice and knowledgeable. I had to have three growths on my face frozen and one on my scalp. Then a strange growth in my thigh. She decided to remove it and send it out for a biopsy. Better to be safe, than sorry. I got to feeling lightheaded and sick before she removed the growth. The sweet Nurse rushed to get me some water and crackers. I was pretty nervous. After five minutes, I felt better. Then the removal and check out. The whole experience was extraordinary. I do not remember their names. They were much appreciated. I have to go back for a recheck in a few weeks. It took months to get the proper required forms and reports sent to my Ins Co and other referral places delaying my procedure for 4 months! Just insane and useless, should be closed by the State.
