I had my first IPL there a week ago and the brown spots are already fading. I have lived in TX, TN, CA and now FL so the sun exposure has accelerated in the last 20 years since moving from OH. They offer a variety of treatments so you can choose from a one time treatment or package. They wanted $25 to book so they must have a lot of no shows. It is subtracted from the first treatment. IPL really needs to be spaced 30 days apart so I will be going back for 4 more treatments. It has been five years since I've had it done. I can have laser done instead of creams. They are currently running a IPL $49 special on FB, Staff are very nice and the treatment rooms are very well equipped with the latest and most innovative products. The only surprise was the front waiting room. It was decorated with two hanging basket chairs from the 70s and the most frilly and impractical decor I've ever seen except in the bedroom of a wealthy five year old little girl. If you weigh over 100 pounds head for the blue chair. The center is located in a large office complex off A1A. Drive in and park anywhere but the short term spaces. I had reserved a laser treatment for hyperpigmentation with London. He was fantastic and I've booked my next appointment for follow-up treatments with him. The treatment went as expected and results are phenomenal. But Barbi the senior consultant assessed me in finding other treatments that went beyond what I was expecting. She had me try the red light laser bed. I didn't think much of it, since what I knew about it was that it would help with chronic pain. Which I don't have. But it was being thrown in as a bonus, so why not take advantage of it? My unknown surprise happened when the keloids around my breast soften. 3 laser bed treatments completed and the keloids are nearly gone. I would suggest to anyone new to this spa center is to have an idea of all the things you don't like about your body/face and just allow Barbi to suggest the best treatment courses to take. I unfortunately would not recommend laser loft to anyone. The whole office was very discombobulated and no one introduced themselves. I will admit that the nurse practitioner, Diane, who did the IPL laser treatment on my face and neck was very nice. However, no one explained to me that you would be out of commission for at least 7 days. I ended up going to my family doctor as my face is not improving and is very painful. He told me to take Benadryl and gave me a prescription for prednisone. I would not recommend this procedure or laser loft to anyone. read more

I see other poor reviews on here from people who purchased Groupons and the way they were treated so at least I know it's not personal. It's that this business shouldn't offer Groupon's if they're going to discriminate and treat us as less than patrons. I purchased a Groupon while on the phone with the business as I was trying to figure out which service it was I wanted as I wasn't certain of the names and results. I was told to buy the one that you sit in the chair, but then later informed that wasn't the option I needed for the results I wanted. But I already purchased and was there for my appointment. So it doesn't matter at that point. They also have it listed on Groupon that you can purchase more than one. If you did, you're screwed. Because despite the spa listing that in their Groupon advertisement, they will not respect or redeem more than one Groupon. They just want you to give them your money in general. They don't care that it's false advertisement to get it. Then it keeps getting worse. For my second appointment I booked, I was at the spa while booking. I booked it for the following Friday, a week out. Come to be morning of my appointment, a week since being in and booking, the spa calls me to Inform me that I need to reschedule. Why? Because they ended up double booking that time. It's peculiar how I was in there and able to book just fine. But apparently a customer that is more valuable to them as a human was booked after me and so they got to keep the appointment time. And wow, notice the morning of??? With no justifiable or respectable reason and nothing to make up for their SECOND error with my appointments and procedures so far. They spoke to me as if I'm a child. Which yes, my looks would make you think so. So thank you for being fooled. But I am a professional in her 30s and the customer service here is so judgmental and rude. If you look young, better bring someone they'll respect in with you so they know to treat you as a human and offer you water or a beverage like they do to other guests because I surely got NONE of that service. I have two more sessions of my $99 Groupon purchase, but the spa never tried to rebook me after cancelling my appointment for them to put someone else in my appointment time. I will cut my losses despite my tight financial situation and make sure to let others know of the poor treatment they will receive. I found this place because I had bought a Groupon for a Detox Weightless Sauna Wrap. When I got there I signed the forms. I was surprised that the title and the service offered is misleading. In addition, to the picture not being the service that I had. Nobody helped me until I went to the front and kept asking what was going on. I stepped into a pod that used heat but it wasn't wrapped or anything. It was more of a self service. I was interested in the tanning or sauna beds and she said it was a one time opportunity to buy 8 sessions for $299. Only after I paid I realized they DONT DO REFUNDS. Now that place is a scam and I can not get my money back. I'm active military and I'm being relocated. The time I thought I had to do the session quickly changed after I bought the sessions. They offered me services I'm not comfortable with or ever heard of just so they won't give me money back. Upon a consultation with my lady on January 8th while we sat in the waiting room waiting for almost an hour , Rafael presented a SINGLE lazer treatment and SINGLE facial treatment that would cost $1,300 dollars for the 2 single visits. At the consultation in the Lazer Loft we were both infected with the corona virus as a patient was coughing up a lung while we were waiting in the small lobby. Calling Rafael a week later , asking why did you charge my debit card $1,300 dollars ? Rafael took the liberty to make an appointment for February 12th for the facial lazer procedure, that we told him we would think about and call back if we wanted to have the procedures done. "We never made an appointment." On January 14, I informed Rafael {manager} of us being tested positive for the corona virus and how we believe how we contracted the virus. I demanded Lazer Loft Spa return my money $1,300 to my card and cancel the appointment in part to : 1} I never authorized the $1,300 funds to be taken out of my account. 2} Being hospitalized with the corona virus it would be impossible to make the February 14th appointment. Truly felt I went through a bait and switch by using a groupon coupon. I had paid for cryofreezing two areas and they said they gave me "an upgrade" by using a few minutes of EMS on me. What a waste of time and money. I already get EMS several times a week at Body20 with a workout. The selling spiel is ridic - implying the"medical treatments" were developed by NASA. Makes no sense. The No-Needle filler is amazing. So glad I don't have to get needle injections anymore to have nice lips! My lips are naturally very small and thin and this procedure works! This place is beautiful, the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable and I cannot wait to go back to complete my treatment. Beware of this place please. Used a Groupon in January, got talked into buying a package at that appt. Went in for a second microneedling session two months later and they said they were upgrading me to a fractal laser which gets deeper into the skin and moisture barrier. Didn't hurt because my face was numbed. Also the nurse said I will have some redness on my face that should go away in like 3 days and to not use exfoliating products on my skin. I noticed that night I was starting to get lesions on my face and went to the urgent care during the weekend because laser lift is closed on weekends. The dr said I had a bad reaction to the laser. I will never go back there. I look like a monster and I am hoping the meds the dr gave me will help. He also told me if the meds don't help in 2-3 days I should go strait to the ER. Also it's very hard to get an appt there and when you do have one the office manager will always try and get you to buy more packages. This place is a danger. The nurse should have asked if I had any medical issues and what medications I take. She burned my entire face. I still have two treatments I paid for but I am never going back there. I bought a Groupon for an IPL treatment. Originally, I wanted to book at their Southside location, but they didn't have the equipment for IPL, so I ended up booking my treatment at this location instead. The location is in the same plaza as the Ruth Chris Steakhouse. It had a nice lobby and staff came and went from the front desk. Before they take you to the treatment room, they do some pictures of your skin and they really try to upsell you on all of their different products.It's a full 10-15 minute pitch. Once I got the IPL treatment, my skin started to blister and scabbed. It's been months since I've had that treatment, but I still get annoying promotional text messages from them with no way to opt out. I should have read the reviews here before buying the Groupon. I arrived 10 minutes before my "appointment" to complete the paperwork. After I completed they pointed to the back area and told me to sit on the white couch and someone would numb me. I bought the micro-needling procedure. After about 15 minutes, I heard someone talking from behind a desk far away and realized he was speaking to me. He wanted to know if I had been numbed, which I had not. He handed me a couple of wipes to take my makeup off. The wipes were dripping all over my clothes. Then he sprayed me with something to numb me, which also dripped on my clothes. I have had many procedures done. This was all out in front of everyone and not in a room. Very unprofessional. Then I was led to Barbara who tried to sell me a "package" for laser treatments. After 30 minutes of this conversation, I said, " I think I am numb now". My appointment was at 11:45 and I finally got into the room at 12:30. It took 15 minutes to complete my face, neck, and chest.
