It felt like VIP treatment from start to finish! The ladies in the office were just as excited for me as I was, celebrating my journey right alongside me. Three days before my surgery, they called to check in and make sure I was all set. On the day of, the nurses were fantastic, my anesthesiologist answered all my questions, and Dr. Smith came in to check on me, making me feel completely at ease. Post-surgery, everything went smoothly. Dr. Smith personally called me that evening to check in, which meant so much. Don't go to him if anything is near your eyes. Because the angle my outer eye was left with moisture and tears to flow to the outside of my cheek, it required plastic surgery again 6 months later by someone who knew how to do plastic surgery near the eyes. The last time I saw him he said an ophthalmic plastic surgeon would have to fix it. Why did he accept a case so close to the eye in the first place if he was not qualified. I know other patients who have also said he is arrogant and cares nothing about the pain he inflicts on patients in aftercare. Should I mention he claimed to return calls after I was concerned right after surgery? Hmmm my cell phone showed no such calls. Maybe realize cell phones will confirm or deny your efforts to communicate!

I had never mentioned anything about my face, after reminding him why I was there, he said it would be no problem and recommended a leg lift. She came highly recommended, her clients felt heard, felt involved, felt safe and respected. This is especially important with us Seniors, we are often not heard or seen. I told him I wasn't happy from day one and he told me to get a second opinion and I did and the new doctor told me he cut me to high and didn't take enough skin. He said he would fix it for this low price ok 3k but there's no way in hell I want this man to touch me again. When I requested my money back so I could get fixed by someone else he sent me a letter stating he will be available for my care for 30 days until I find a new surgeon. After everything I've been through I do have regrets. I would of been better off wearing my spanks and tucking that ugly fat in my jeans.
