So, I was very hesitant to start over with someplace new. Honestly thats why its been a whole year since I have had any treatments. I was instantly relieved when I walked through the door. The office is beautiful. A few minutes late because I got lost (remember new) but Amber met me with a warm smile and we got right to business. If I could rate with zero stars, I would. On the day of my service, my bank flagged my card due to suspected fraud, stemming from repeated attempts to pay for the service. My aesthetician mentioned she would inform me the next day when they attempted to charge the card. However, I received no communication regarding this. Instead, I received an email from the owner requesting payment, and a text message stating to pay the following day. I politely responded, intending to pay the next day as per their text message indicating the owner's availability. During our conversation, the owner adopted a consistently condescending tone, insisting I lacked funds and intention to pay. This behavior is not only rude but also displays prejudice and a lack of understanding of good customer service. The owner persistently invalidated my concerns by falsely claiming that the sole issue was my refusal to pay, which was completely false, and failed to acknowledge her mishandling of the situation. She then proceeded to draw comparisons between my conduct at work and this situation, unnecessarily involving my personal life. I have never interacted with Judy or utilized her services, making her references to my personal life and business both unwarranted and concerning. As someone with managerial experience, I would never engage with clients in such a disrespectful manner, irrespective of the circumstances. Her behavior is rude and her attitude utterly appalling. Also, the owner continuously is replying saying the service was "unpaid at the time of the review " but won't acknowledge that I asked for an invoice to pay online multiple times before this review. It has nothing to do with non payment, Judy is prejudice! I'm sure the situation would've been handled differently had I not be who I am. She did not ask for payment, she continuously insisted I was dishonest about the entire ordeal! I said I would call the next day ( today ) in my first email back to her, and she continued to poke at the situation, and make it seem like something it was not. & continues to gaslight the situation in her response (Via google) Again, terrible person with a horrific narcissistic attitude! read more
