When the unit was received it was demo'd alright, all the wires had been cut or ripped out, the lights were torn off, the braces for the installation were missing, the surface was cracked in several places. Basically, unusable. After much complaining their only answer was that I signed for it so it was mine... PERIOD! I had to hire an electrician to wire pellet stove, refrigerator and lights as none of them worked. Looks like they tore them out from a "demo" and just packed it up. Buyer beware! Premier Outdoor is one of the shadiest companies I've ever dealt with. My husband and I purchased a hot tub from Premier Outdoor in October 2022. The first red flag was they "required" a google review to complete the hot tub purchase. I didn't feel comfortable doing this but Bob, our sales associate, said it was a requirement so I wrote a short review about our experience up to that point. I have since deleted that review after their true colors were revealed. The second red flag was the completely useless user manual that was emailed to me upon purchase. It is the most vague user manual I've ever seen. It does not include any specific information or instructions for our hot tub. Luckily, this was not our first hot tub so we knew the basics and were able to figure things out ourselves. The third red flag was the "lifetime" chemicals. This is a total joke, simply a sales tactic. I believe they have no intentions of following through on this promise. They gave me the runaround several times and told me conflicting information. I no longer wanted to deal with them so I began purchasing my own products within months of the hot tub purchase. Now for the largest red flag of all. We cannot find replacement filters anywhere! We've tried google, several pool stores as well as Amazon without any luck. We tested out a few different models and none fit our hot tub. Since I had nowhere else to turn, I had to contact Premier. After showing up at their sales office, I was provided with a filter model number which we ordered on Amazon. The filter was nowhere near the size we needed. Several weeks and many phone calls later, we still cannot locate the filters for our hot tub. I asked to speak with the owner, Shawn, numerous times. He avoids dealing with customers at all cost and still hasn't reached out. It truly blows my mind that they can sell a hot tub and are unable to provide information about the filters. Mike Dees is a great sales professional. I am in sales and appreciated his honesty and transparency. We went to his store about a month ago and looked around elsewhere and decided to go back and purchase our spa from him. The transaction was painless and their finance options are very flexible and fair. If you are going to buy a spa go see Mike Dees! The great service stopped after the sale. This is not Mike Dees fault. His service after the delivery debacle described below was fantastic. I took the day off of work expecting to have the spa delivered around noon. It is now almost 6 o'clock at night and they're still not here he's at least an hour away. I did not get a call from the scheduling person at Premier, Stephany. When I called the office multiple times she was not there. She actually left and did not take her work phone with her. They are all over everything until you actually sign the contract and they have your money. The delivery guy is a third-party delivery company and he barely speaks any English. He has told me he's been on his way for the last three hours. We live 45 minutes away from the spa place. He stopped to get fuel with a huge spa on his trailer you would think that someone who delivers things would've gotten fuel before you loaded the things up. Worst experience ever! We purchased our hot tub in early March and paid cash. We lined up redoing patio floor, electrical, hot tub delivery, and screening of hot tub. Hot tub delivered in April without cleaning and with a crack in it. As well, the steps that were included in the hot tub package were not delivered. They sent someone to patch it (see pictures). This looks horrible! We also got a flow error when the hot tub was filled with water and turned on. Contacted them again and they sent a technician out who told us the hot tub needed to be leveled. CHECKED AGAIN for leveling and all was good. Called company to let them know, and they still insisted it was a leveling issue - so my husband drained the hot tub again and check leveling; it and all was good. My husband called the manufacturer since no one from the company was concerned about this matter. The manufacturer helped my husband over the phone and determined that the hot tub inside had been wired incorrectly. We have called asked for the owner's name as well while dealing with these issues and were told that the owner's name could not be given out to anyone. We found the name Shaun Jackrel in our paperwork and online and asked for him. We were told he does not work in the office and they would have to call him to determine if he could meet with us. Updated on Feb 28,2024 The company reached out and sent a tech to fix our hot tub. JC was very helpful with explaining how to use and clean the tub. He made sure to fill the tub and confirm everything looked good before he left. I then got an email from Bob apologizing for the delay and hoping we were happy with the service. Today I got another call from a representative to make sure everything was good. So it looks like they've either revamped their team or done some training on communications. We waited a couple years before finally getting a hot tub for our farmhouse. We went in, wanting something very simple, and ended up, appreciating the advantages of all the "bells and whistles." Our sales person, Jared, walked us through everything and was responsive to our needs and our budgets. He was very patient and informative, and not in anyway pushy. Having the phone be able to connect Bluetooth to the speakers in the hot tub, and being able to turn it on remotely, so that it is hot and bubbly and ready for you when you get home on a Friday night is awesome. The delivery process was the three guys that came to my house had this down to a military science. They even dug up and replanted a bush that was potentially in the way. They took their time answered any questions before they left. The set up process for the Wi-Fi connection was not simple, I do recommend that you read the users manual or watch a YouTube video. However the set up for the tub was simple and we had it working right away. Really We shopped around a good bit and feel like we got a good deal at PREMIER OUTDOOR USA. They are higher end spas, and so they command a slightly higher end price. If you really go to other stores, make sure you are comparing apples to apples, as they say. The quality of the build, and the components, the way everything is done so neatly underneath, you can tell the company cares about putting things together correctly. I have read several glaring yelp & google reviews since being involved with this company, and decided I will chime in here as well, since I believe several suspect "reviews" are pushing down legitimate, problematic ones. It has been 11 weeks since paying for my outdoor kitchen, IN FULL, and this company has had nothing to show for it. They are quite promising and enthusiastic during their sales pitch and non-communicative thereafter. They stated that the build would be completed Mid August. A week prior to that date I called, and they stated it would be a few weeks delayed. Come the 2nd estimated date, I visit the store in person, and I was told by the production manager they would have it in a "few more weeks." And he would let me know if any issues arise. 3 weeks pass, and I've since heard nothing from the production manager. That's where all customer service ended. I had a pump stop working 6 months after delivery, even though it's under warranty I had to pay an upfront fee of $200 until they determine if it's covered under warranty or not. Although I was told by the technician and Ryan (the manager) that it was covered and I'd get a refund, 7 months have gone by and still no refund. Everyone you speak with will take your name and number and tell you that they will call you back, but they won't. Please beware of Premier Outdoor USA, this was our experience with them. They present a great front, are very friendly, seem to be experts, and make all kinds of promises and offers during the sales process. We spent over $20K between patio furniture and a hot tub. Everything seems great. You should know that all their sales are final and they don't do returns, exchanges or refunds. I only found out after the fact. Obviously, things can get damaged during delivery, it happens. Most of our stuff was delivered on June 17, 2022. Issue #1: The SPA. Even though their manuals are very generic, they don't apply to your spa. Nearly useless. My goal was to speak with Bob, who sold us the spa and ask: How do I know the spa was hooked up correctly? How do the controls work? You gave me a chemical kit with the SPA, how do I use it? The response will shock you, "We sell spas, but we have no idea how they work. I can send you a few YouTube links so that you can take a look at them and get a better idea." The response I made to his comment was "So what you are saying, once you sell the SPA, you wash your hands from it and expect the customer to figure it out on their own." After saying "pretty much", he proceeded to offer me excuses, at which point I walked away. Bob never came out of his office, he was told three times I was waiting for him, after 20 minutes I left. That morning I wrote a short review in Google about this one experience. Premier called me within an hour and I was told they would not fix my issues if I didn't delete the review. It's so unethical. I agreed to delete my review if all my problems were solved within 48 hours. That was June 24. They sent an independent SPA technician who was very helpful. He does not work for Premier. Issue #2: The couch and loveseat arrived damaged, with large dents in the frames. Their delivery guys called it in. A few minutes later, Emily, the salesperson, called to let us know the damage wasn't too severe. But if we wanted it replaced, it would cost us $600.00 in delivery fees, 4 people heard her say this. We argued for 20 minutes before Emily saw the pictures and realized the damage was significant, so she agreed to take it back and replace it. The couch and loveseat were replaced. Issue #3: They don't provide instructions for assembling their furniture. It has a picture of how it should look. By default, the fire pit came with a beverage insert, but that was not delivered. The fire pit kit was an additional purchase and it came completely unassembled. The set came in opened boxes with a missing fire ring. Instructions were not included. Also, the kit did not match the one we selected at the store and did not fit our furniture. Stephanie, a store manager, took a kit off the floor display, but it didn't work. After several calls, she agreed to replace it. That one worked. Issue #4: We told Emily we wouldn't buy an umbrella unless it came with a stand. Stephanie agreed to include a stand with the umbrella and helped us choose the stand. The umbrella arrived without a stand. The stand was delivered damaged. It was screwed incorrectly and a third screw was broken inside. As a result, the base was unstable and unsafe. All they had to do was replace it, but they want to argue about it instead. Although they won't replace it, they offered an alternative which looked like dead inventory they couldn't move, but wouldn't work with the umbrella. Finally, I texted Stephanie that I am returning the umbrella and the base for a full refund. Her text response was: "Unfortunately the only thing that you would be able to return is the base, we do not do any exchanges or refunds, the umbrella will stay with you". Stephanie claims the base was "complimentary" with everything we purchased that day. Basically, Premier Outdoor gave us a broken base they could not sell, so they passed their trash down their customer, and refused to take responsibility for it. So we bought a saint johns swim spa and had it installed a couple months ago. First problem was that when my electrician wired everything up to spec the documents... Which i will link... Called for 2 220v drops for the tub, which was expensive, very expensive. When he went to wire it, there was only one hookup. So we looked inside it, theres only 3 pumps, 1 heater. Total extra costs were probably close to 6 or 7 hundred that didnt need to get spent because of lies. The whitepapers for this indicate we were buying 5 pumps and 2 heaters. The other cracked. We put in a damage claim... Or trued to... The site gives a 404 like it doesnt exist. So we just put in another missing material claim. Then after kids kept slipping in it we noticed that we were supposed to have been given no slip mats, put in a claim for those too, no contact yet. We called for help with the bluetooth as it wasnt working and we spoke with customer service and after a few suggestions they said they couldnt help us. Theyd have someone give us a call back. Buyer beware. In October I was considering moving to a home in DeLand that had a .68 acre lot. The salesman Bob informed me that there was a sale coming up in November and he advised me to fill out a financing application. I did, and to my surprise when I checked my credit score there were two extra charges on it for a swim spa. I called Bob to inquire. He told me that he thought that I wanted the spa, and they began to make it. By that time we had decided against the move to DeLand and informed Bob of such. Bob told us that the spa was being built and would be done by February. He then told us that the swim spa could not be canceled, to call a lawyer, and not to call the store anymore because they knew our phone number and would no longer answer the phone. The new manager Stephanie convinced us to try to put it at our home. She asked me to send pictures of our backyard. She finally showed the pictures to her installer in March. She requested a video the day of the install on March 31st. Upon arrival the installer said that he could not get the spa through the fence. He told me that WE would be responsible for removing the fence, and WE would be responsible for replacing it. THIS WAS NEVER EXPLAINED TO US BY BOB OR STEPHANIE. The installer took videos and told us he would take it back and get the information to Stephanie, and he left with the spa.!!!! She called us in about an hour and asked if I refused the spa. I told her no, the installer said that he could not do the job today. She asked me if we could put the spa in the driveway because there was no room in the warehouse for it. I told her she couldn't leave in front at all due to HOA rules. She told me that she would speak to her boss and get back to me in the AM. To our surprise and disgust we got home later that evening to find that the installer brought the spa back while we were gone that night and left it in the front lawn. We purchased our item and have not been able to get any update since then. Months have gone by. Always someone new to blame or a new excuse as to why it can't be delivered. I'm paying on the item, though, you can bet that! Absolutely NO proactive communication. I did my homework before purchasing here, and their reviews were great. Since I've had time, I've done additional digging only to find that people who work here leave reviews for each other. Individuals who should be working have time to create fake reviews to tell you to go see the person literally sitting at the desk next to them. Or, they have their social media friends leave fake reviews to tell you to go see them. I also learned that that they host give away contests to those who leave 5 star reviews on their pages (Premier Outdoor USA and Jaguar Power Sports) to drown out the honest reviews that their actual customers leave. Notice they all come in bunches ? Also note that the names of the folks leaving the reviews are on both pages. My advice is to sort by lowest reviews and go from there. Also, read the comments the owner makes in response to the lowest reviews. It's awful. Then ask yourself if that is a person you want to invest this much money with. We purchased a spa from these folks back in July 2022 and it is now Jan 2023 6 MONTHS later and still have not received our unit. To then be told that we would be placed on order a newer updated unit that would be delivered in October to then be told after showing up at the store that they overstepped and was not the right date to then be told November and then December and nothing yet, and here we are still waiting to hear from anyone because unless you show up to the store you will never get a call back. I hope that the owner of this company see this review and know that there company is a shitty company with bad deceptive practices because heaven knows when we will receive our unit as I can't get my deposit back so maybe another 6 months maybe next December, who knows FUCK IT because thats how this company treats there customer. Horrible Customer Service once the sale is done, never return phone calls and only respond by text - if they even respond at all. Make empty promises and deliver broken equipment and have no intention of fixing or replacing broken or missing items. They only use certain financing companies - ones that fund them directly and only side with them - on purpose so that you are stuck holding the bag, but they are paid and could care less about you as the customer. Once they are funded you are dirt to them. They regularly run social media promos to win something to beef up 5 star reviews before big events to drown out actual customers in the most recent reviews. Make sure you sort by lowest review and heed the warning ! I am a real life customer and am living the same experience they are. They lied when I bought a four wheeler they said it goes 50 it goes 21 and they lied about the repairs

I purchased a very expensive hot tub on 11/17/2023 and it was to include lifetime chemicals. I have had the worst experience EVER with this company. When I received the delivery they had no chemicals they were out of stock. I out in for service on a jet that stopped work and had to pay for a service tech. while under full warranty due the fact the connection on the jet popped off. The technician even admitted it probably shook loose during transport and then when it was run it shook until it disconnected. The warranty department basically told me sorry not covered and made me pay for the service. :( Now back to the chemical issue the service tech brought 1 box of chemicals with him. Every time I have called they were out of the chemicals. In a year I have received 1 box of chemicals. not the at least 6 boxes I should have received. Today within 1 week of the year of purchase I got the we don't have any chemicals again!!!! I am so sick of paying for the chemicals to keep my spa running when it was part of the package I purchased. I want them to fulfill the contracted purchase and send me the chemicals. At this point they owe me a refund for all of the chemicals I had to purchase this year and no one will do anything about it! I am so over this company and all of the empty promises!!!! We waited 2.5 months for our kitchen. Once it came it was incomplete. No lights installed, No burner covers with ceramic coals, No regulator gas hose. The delivery caused damage to our patio screen door. The countertops weren't secured by the delivery team. During the design session the sales person added a burner height space vs large green egg space, so we are stuck with it. Since delivery, 3 warranty appointments to rectify issues have been scheduled and all 3 were no shows. read more

Spent over a hour with the "sales person", and she spent most of time on her phone planning her night out, and ignoring what we were asking for. They came up with a price that was totally outragious. service was great until I signed the contract!! then nothing but empty promises and no one answering the phone. if I could go back, I would not purchase anything from them! one of the many issues is that I have a warranty issue with my spa that has only been hooked up for 4 months (my jets in one side arent working) and they refuse to send a technician until I pay $200! this is just the lastest issue. wish I didn't have to even chose one star read more
