We booked the Disco Cruise for a bachelorette party. The process was easy and the whole team at Premier Party Cruises was super helpful! Brian, the owner, was out on the boat making sure everything went smoothly. Cannot recommend them enough. We will definitely be doing this again!

I've rented with Brian and Premier Party Cruises many times over the last 10 years or so and they just keep getting better! They hosted our party of 48 people. Captains are great, communication is easy and helpful. They've got great processes in place to help you host an unforgettable day!

Premier party cruise was an awesome asset to my bachelorette weekend! If you love the lake, having a good time, meeting new people, and listening to a fabulous DJ- This boat is for you! This was the highlight of my weekend! Thank you again Brian for the great time!

We came to Austin for my bachelorette party and this was the highlight of the trip! From the beginning, Justin and Brian answered any and all of our questions, it was a pleasure to talk to them! They even have a backup plan for rain just in case which sounded just as fun as the actual cruise. The Disco boat cruise was so much fun, and it was so awesome to hang out, dance, drink and swim in Lake Travis. ALL my friends were raving about how much fun they were having. I would definitely recommend getting the BBQ catering option, it didn't cost much more and was SO delicious! Everyone was asking where and how we got food (it's on the internet sign up form), we were having to bat people away from it. This was such an amazing day and I want to thank Brian and Justin for the highlight of our weekend!

A Full and Wonderful Day…read more Our tour with Dale was fabulous. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it didn't take long to realize that not only is Dale a great tour guide, he's also a very personable and knowledgable man who makes you feel like an old friend. The points of interest were superb and the last stop we made provided one of the best meals I've had in my life and most likely the best ribeye ever. The day lasted longer than expected, but it was a wonderful day and ended up being just perfect. We are planning to use his rental venue for a retreat in the coming months and looking forward to it. I highly recommend his services.

First I would like to start with the facts. 1. We booked…read morethis tour months ago but unfortunately had to reschedule to a later date. (due to Covid19) This was not an issue for anyone attending the tour and the company got all $2800 paid for in full. 2. Yes $2800. We had 28 people in our group, It required two buses that were at their max capacity. 3. I would give a HUGE ZERO if I could. The buses arrived at the pick up location 25 minutes early and expected us (all 28) to load up. Not all 28 people were even there yet. The male driver already seemed annoyed at this point. We ended up pulling out at the agreed on time. When trying to leave the 2nd winery we couldn't. The drivers HAD LEFT and weren't there to pick us up. We waited outside in the sun outside for 30 minutes before they even got back. But that unfortunately is not why I am writing this review As we were loading the bus to go home the male driver said that would be charging us for a cleaning fee ($300) because someone spilt something on the floorboard. Pretty steep for a small spill that could be wiped up with a Clorox wipe but she agreed to pay it she sat down. Comments started to be exchanged about the steep fee and how the day had been complete chaos up until this point. The man began to get pretty heated and slammed the door. When he opened the door to his seat he said "who the f**k spilt something in my seat." Nobody had spilled something on his seat. Upon looking at the "spill" it appeared to be sweat from Him. He continued to cuss and yell and eventually told us to "get off his bus." We all piled off and the other bus also unloaded. Now it is important to note the other driver said we didn't do anything wrong and that she didn't agree with how he was handling things. He told her he was in charge and that he would make the call. She became quiet after that. They ultimately left us there to find our own rides. The male driver was rude and didn't speak unless spoken to the entire day. A beautiful day with amazing company was RUINED by this company and I will not recommend them to anyone!

I provided short notice for a pick up request at the airport for 7 people flying in on diff flights, airlines, and times on the same day. To make it even more of a challenge it was the Holidays and they were flying in from heavy storm impacted areas. I was super stressed doing the work of 4 people; including the role of airport driver and running behind in finishing the final touches on my home for my guests arrival. When I reached the point of defeat, I found Ubiquitous Driver through YELP of-course...GOOOOOO YELP Community for another WIN based your reviews! Josh quickly got everything set up and I was able to focus on finishing my home and do it stress free! Because the experience was so smooth with the airport pick ups, I used Josh for the returns. I can't emphasize the care he and his team took with each family member. Josh is amazing and his company Ubiquitous is a life safer....Just thinking about how he took aaaaaallllll that stress away! I had planned a full day of activities (all COVID compliant, wearing masks, distancing, etc) and needed someone to drive us from place to place as we don't have a car here. Google searches didn't turn up many options other than atxprivatecar services which quoted me $600 for the day- as much as I love my boyfriend and wanted him to have a very special bday, $600 is a lot of money to spend on someone driving us around. The only reason we needed this service is because some locations were in Fredericksburg (wineries) and a 75 minute drive out of Austin with limited Uber/lyfts that far out. I turned to Yelp and am SO happy I did bc that is where I found Josh! I sent a message to three businesses' and Josh was the first to reply at an unbeatable price point (actually unbeatable- no one else could match). He was super responsive, communicative and friendly. Day of- he was five minutes early to our pickup location, was very considerate and prepared (hand sanitizer, asked us what music we want in advance, the like) and a very safe driver. His car is very clean and so comfortable. He was also super flexible when we ran a little late and needed an extra hour added. Josh is also extremely socially aware- during our day long excursion, he was really great at joining the convo whether it be to offer some good food recommendations for us, or informing us on what animals we would see during the drive (yes we're all city folk and didn't know the difference between sheep's/goats) but never intruding or talking our ear off (the opposite actually!). I really appreciated that he was so helpful, friendly and informative, but never annoying, too chatty or intrusive. It was the perfect mix and it's a real life skill that many do not possess - Josh does. We all noted that to each other after on just how great he was ! I definitely recommend Ubiquitous Driver and I know if I ever need someone again in Austin, Josh will be the first person we call!!

So this is a grandparents perspective. Upon arrival to the depot area, there is no indication of event parking as the lighting was very poor at 6:15 at night. The web site mentioned free parking but had no maps of the area. What I saw coming from the east, was a long row of cars parked in a Hodge podge fashion along the tracks. We ended up parking by the library across the highway. (Short walk with a light to cross with). I'll mention this again later. I came across a small sign in the middle of a crowd that says "no alcohol, no weapons licensed or otherwise." Would be nice to know before this Texan shows up armed. So had to run back to the car to secure my weapon. Ehh, minor inconvenience. BTW, the rules are on the web site. We pick up our tickets at will call and wait. The train comes up and parks. The engine was a short haul/swicher unit, no steam, with very beautiful vintage passenger cars. My family's car just happened to stop right in front of us, #41. We boarded and it was like going back in time. We found our seats easy enough. However, keeping in mind, either people were a lot taller and thinnier back then, or they have tall tables and do like airlines and add extra tables. It was tight. Little wiggle room for an adult. If you are in the window seat, you get to look forward and to the side. You cannot turn around to see what is behind you. If you adjust your seat, you are bumping the person behind you. And trust me, every car is packed. Being a night trip, there is nothing to see outside. So bring stuff for the kiddos to do and snacks and drinks. The two hour trip is loud. Kids are loud, and you have adults talking over the kids. My train enthusiast self went on an exploring expedition through a lot of the other cars. Some like mine had 4 person tables, others 4 person commuter recling seats with no tables. Some had one bathroom available others had two. I stood between two cars and just watched the scenery go by. It was a refreshing change to the snot-monsters noise in my car. The endless coco was good. Very hot. Eventually a minstrel came out and started some interactive Christmas carols. Pretty good. Simultaneously, a balloon guy came out making hats and the sorts for the kids. Then out came the forgetable part, a story teller. Hard to hear, not well versed in the story and choppy in her reading. Alas, Mrs Clause with some very different tasting, highly addictive cookie for everyone, saved the day. The highlight of the adventure was Santa. The staff had his appearance very organized and orderly. Each table had a chance to take photos with the big guy. The most unimaginable gift was given. A wooden train whistle to about 15-20 kids, my own grandkids included. Imagine if you will, about 30 minutes left in the trip with the incessant "tweet-tweet-tweet" penetrating that one nerve that goes from your ears to your feet and makes your spine want jump out of the window. Now, after a engine switch from one end to the other delay, we headed into the depot. We didn't exit the way we got on. We got on the depot side (city side), and exited on the parking lot side. Well that's fine and great. But if you park on the city side, you are blocked by the train with only two ways to get to your vehicle. Oh yes, I said a bunch of nasty, nasty cuss words. You either wait for a full train to disembark and hope they let you walk through, or, you walk around the shortest part of the train and back to the crossing light I mentioned earlier. So that's the trip review. But now to the staff. Man those cats get 5-stars. Friendly, informative and in character. I can't imagin doing that trip 5-6 times a day. They made an otherwise blah trip much, much nicer. This is a one time experience with kids. Maybe, someday, my wife and I will try a romantic trip through hill country or something like that.
