While Steve did arrive with the water slide at the designated time, the majority of the rental items I paid for never arrived. This left me scrambling at the last minute to find replacement tables, chairs, and tents for my guests. To make matters worse, despite being told I would receive a refund for the undelivered items, I have still not received it, and my attempts to communicate have gone unanswered. During my search for replacement rentals, several other companies mentioned that they had heard of similar issues involving this company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Stevie D Entertainment. Reliable communication, honoring commitments, and timely refunds are essential when providing services for important events, and unfortunately, my experience fell far short of those expectations.

We have a large open barn, so we asked if they had something else available since they have indoor bounce houses on their website. They did not have anything available, which is fine, but what wasn't fine is that they refused to reimburse our deposit. They said it was non-refundable but could be used for a new rental, good for a year. We had the party as scheduled, and we have no use for another bounce house in the next year. We again asked for our deposit back. They again refused. I would warn against using them for anything outdoors since it just might rain in Connecticut.
