A Perfect Blend Entertainment handled the music for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, as…read morewell as our DJ booth for our June 24, 2023 wedding.  Mario was our head DJ and he was INCREDIBLE.  We met about 8-10 months out from the wedding to discuss our general vision, at which point we secured his services and gained access to our web portal where we were able to start loading content (song choices for each segment of our event, must pays, do not plays, etc) and get started on the general vibe of the party.  Then as we approached the wedding, we had more contact to select our custom photo booth strips (they make you a scrapbook with everyone's photo strips!! how cute!!) and to solidify choices, get the mixes right, and make sure everything is cohesive.   A Perfect Blend is VERY familiar with our venue (FEAST at Round Hill) so they also provided uplighting and were able to mount speakers in the entire venue, making it a fully rounded experience. I'd fully recommend this service if you're looking for a wedding or event DJ - they asked questions we wouldn't have thought of (age group of our guests - suggested where to do the cake cutting to make sure the dance floor didn't empty out, etc), which made our lives easier during this hectic time. 10/10 for sure!!!

We needed to coordinate their load-in with the ceremony and service since everything was in the same location, so they were flexible with their timing and set up without disruption. Kariym got back to us immediately on these and other questions. The booth was humming all night. Kariym and Will were an amazing team -- Kariym was the outgoing, public face of the operation, but Will did something remarkable, which is that when people took photos but left their copies of the strips by the booth, he would find them during the party to make sure they got the photos! It really stood out to me as a mark of EXCEPTIONAL service and dedication. I'm so so glad we found Snap Bros -- we wound up with exactly what we wanted, which was physical copies of all of the photos, PLUS a digital archive / zip file in case anything happens to the originals. We hired them to provide a tent, chairs, and a dance floor for our event, and the issues started right from the beginning. The dance floor they delivered was uneven and unstable, posing a serious safety risk. It was the wrong size, and there were no beveled or ramped edges. Those of us setting up for the wedding were stumbling, and we were genuinely worried someone might get injured--this included the owner of our venue, who was equally dissatisfied with the quality. When we contacted the company during and after setup to ask for a fix, they flatly refused to do so. We had to fix the issue ourselves with the help of friends, and the stress of not knowing how--or if--it could be made safe, along with the time spent trying to resolve the problem, only added to the frustration. As if that weren't enough, we discovered the day after our event that our string of Edison bulb lights--which we provided ourselves--had been taken by the company at pickup. We have reached out multiple times (both myself and my husband) asking for an explanation or resolution, and we've been completely ignored. No response, no apology, nothing. Between the unsafe setup, lack of professionalism, and what appears to be theft of our property, I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this company. We expected a lot better, and instead ended up with stress, safety issues, and stolen lights.
