A Perfect Blend Entertainment handled the music for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, as…read morewell as our DJ booth for our June 24, 2023 wedding.  Mario was our head DJ and he was INCREDIBLE.  We met about 8-10 months out from the wedding to discuss our general vision, at which point we secured his services and gained access to our web portal where we were able to start loading content (song choices for each segment of our event, must pays, do not plays, etc) and get started on the general vibe of the party.  Then as we approached the wedding, we had more contact to select our custom photo booth strips (they make you a scrapbook with everyone's photo strips!! how cute!!) and to solidify choices, get the mixes right, and make sure everything is cohesive.   A Perfect Blend is VERY familiar with our venue (FEAST at Round Hill) so they also provided uplighting and were able to mount speakers in the entire venue, making it a fully rounded experience. I'd fully recommend this service if you're looking for a wedding or event DJ - they asked questions we wouldn't have thought of (age group of our guests - suggested where to do the cake cutting to make sure the dance floor didn't empty out, etc), which made our lives easier during this hectic time. 10/10 for sure!!!

We needed to coordinate their load-in with the ceremony and service since everything was in the same location, so they were flexible with their timing and set up without disruption. Kariym got back to us immediately on these and other questions. The booth was humming all night. Kariym and Will were an amazing team -- Kariym was the outgoing, public face of the operation, but Will did something remarkable, which is that when people took photos but left their copies of the strips by the booth, he would find them during the party to make sure they got the photos! It really stood out to me as a mark of EXCEPTIONAL service and dedication. I'm so so glad we found Snap Bros -- we wound up with exactly what we wanted, which was physical copies of all of the photos, PLUS a digital archive / zip file in case anything happens to the originals. To make matters even worse, the portable toilet that I paid for was never delivered. I was assured that I was on the delivery schedule, but it never arrived. This created unnecessary stress and inconvenience during an important event. The lack of quality control and poor communication were unacceptable. I paid for clean equipment and reliable service, and I did not receive either. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. I expect a refund for the portable toilet that was never delivered and compensation for the condition of the rental equipment.

Without verifying what was being collected, they removed items from our property. The company did acknowledge that they had taken vases (that were on one of my tables that was taken) that also did not belong to them but they have refused to acknowledge taking my three tables.
