Sometimes on the phone they seem to be rushing, but when you are in front of them, they take such good care. Dr. Huang is absolutely worth the 30 minute drive from my home. He is focused, answers questions and concerns with compassion and clarity, and asks good follow up questions so you don't leave feeling like you have missed something. It's awesome. Bob, hands down, is a treasure. Every single time I have needed an immunization, flu shot, or blood drawn, this man has been positive, caring, and gentle. He practices painless precision and as someone who would rather eat glass than get a needle in my arm, I can say he has never been impatient or whoopsied and caused pain. He just gets in. Plus, with his beard, he looks a little like Santa. It is a wonderful practice with good people. If you are looking for a PCP, I cannot recommend them higher.

Wow! Amazing patient care from the time I called to make my appointment to the time I left…read more Highly recommend, Dr. Kelly Metz and staff if you need to be seen for Allergy and Sinus relief!!! I was recommended to Dr. Metz's office for consultation and allergy testing, I was quickly scheduled. I was immediately greeted when I walked into the office by the receptionist and she efficiently double checked my information and I only had to update one form for them (excellent!). I was called back within 5 minutes, basically enough time to fill out the form - seriously :-) !! My nurse was super nice and explained everything that was going to take place for my appointment. Dr. Metz came in and spent a significant amount of time with me going over my history and finding out what kind of problems I was having. She then explained what the allergy testing would consist of. My nurse came back in, and again took the time to explain the testing and asked if I had any questions before we began. The actual testing was quick and painless, there are no needles involved - it's just a skin scratch now - bonus- I suppose! After all that, Dr. Metz came back in and again, spent another significant amount of time with me going over the results and a plan of action. I never once felt rushed or that they did not have time for me. It really feels like they cater to their patients. I am so happy, I definitely recommend Dr. Metz and her staff if you are having any kind of allergy, sinus or asthma problems! They so totally rock!

We love Cincinnati Children's Hospital and the Mason location is one of our favorite campuses to go…read moreto. We live about 45 minutes away from the downtown hub so we try to go Mason when we can. When you enter, we head all the way to the back, passing restrooms and lots of colorful artwork done by local students. There is usually someone at the first desk taking names to check you in upon arrival. When you sit, it doesn't usually take long for your child's name to be called to one of the desks where you finish registration. Sometimes, you are also given a tablet to finish some questions if it's been awhile since your last visit. Then you wait for your doctor to be ready. This location sees many different types of patients. I can only speak to what we've been there for but I know there are many options when visiting. We've done: ENT, Orthopedics (specifically for Scoliosis), X-ray, hearing test and the Urgent Care. We love all of these available doctors coming closer to us. Now, some doctors take more time than others to get to you. We've sat in the waiting room for 2 minutes and for 25. We've sat in the patient room for similar times. But those times are based on the doctors, not the location. We like the cleanliness of the space, the friendliness of the employees and the close parking. The place always smells clean. It's easy to book your next appointment on the way out! And our favorite part is that we usually stop for a quick bite to eat or a sweet treat on the way home thanks to all of the restaurants and establishments close by! I highly recommend visiting this office if you don't want to make the trek to Cincy!

They are extremely patient, friendly, thorough, and they really go above and beyond at every appointment. If I could give this place no stars, I would…read more Once doctor told me during an after hours call (and all within the span of our 15 minute conversation) that 1. My daughter was showing signs of SIDS, 2. On second thought, it was probably a seizure and I should take her to the emergency room, 3. No, wait, it's probably no big deal. The next day we went in to see a doctor and found that the experience that had prompted our after hours call was totally normal and the doctor we saw seemed shocked that we'd been told such wildly varied things. Another doctor marked my daughter, at 5 months old, as "obese" on her medical chart and suggested that we limit her breastfeeding so that she wasn't "snacking throughout the day". At this point, breastfeeding was her primary source of nutrition. She also suggested that our daughter sleep outside of our bedroom, though the AAP suggests waiting until at least 6 months. They really pushed the "cry it out" method on us and despite our protests that this wasn't the best option for us, they assured us it was the only option they could recommend. When we brought our daughter in as a newborn to see the lactation specialist, we ended up waiting half an hour while our daughter cried to be nursed because no one bothered to tell her we were waiting and we had been told not to feed the baby until the lactation specialist could be there. When we finally did see her, she told us she had been given a new scale and wasn't sure how it worked. After putting my baby on it and being unable to make it work, she pounded the desk on either side of the scale with her fists in frustration while my daughter lay there inches away. She also offered us a nursing pillow from a pile of them on the dirty floor in the room. In general, no doctors in the practice were willing to listen to our concerns or work with our parenting style. We always felt rushed and left frustrated. We decided on the practice because we loved Dr Ng but we were almost never able to see him and the other doctors on staff were so terrible we ultimately decided to switch to a new practice and have been much happier and visits have been way less stressful ever since.
