He is focused, answers questions and concerns with compassion and clarity, and asks good follow up questions so you don't leave feeling like you have missed something. It's awesome. Bob, hands down, is a treasure. Every single time I have needed an immunization, flu shot, or blood drawn, this man has been positive, caring, and gentle. He practices painless precision and as someone who would rather eat glass than get a needle in my arm, I can say he has never been impatient or whoopsied and caused pain. He just gets in. Plus, with his beard, he looks a little like Santa. It is a wonderful practice with good people. If you are looking for a PCP, I cannot recommend them higher.

I was recommended to Dr. Metz's office for consultation and allergy testing, I was quickly scheduled. I was immediately greeted when I walked into the office by the receptionist and she efficiently double checked my information and I only had to update one form for them (excellent!). I was called back within 5 minutes, basically enough time to fill out the form - seriously :-) !! My nurse was super nice and explained everything that was going to take place for my appointment. Dr. Metz came in and spent a significant amount of time with me going over my history and finding out what kind of problems I was having. She then explained what the allergy testing would consist of. My nurse came back in, and again took the time to explain the testing and asked if I had any questions before we began. The actual testing was quick and painless, there are no needles involved - it's just a skin scratch now - bonus- I suppose! After all that, Dr. Metz came back in and again, spent another significant amount of time with me going over the results and a plan of action. I never once felt rushed or that they did not have time for me. It really feels like they cater to their patients. I am so happy, I definitely recommend Dr. Metz and her staff if you are having any kind of allergy, sinus or asthma problems! They so totally rock!

And so far, with me at least, she hasn't been wrong once. I've come in twice with rather obscure problems, and she recognized them right off the bat, then confirmed the diagnoses with tests and specialists. I can't say enough good about Dr. Saini. If you need someone who's intelligent, experienced, compassionate, and thorough, she's your doctor.

"Hint" I'm on my 4th anti depressant and nothing is working and I keep explaining that and then after telling Ted (one of the practicing doctors there) what I thought might work based off of family and friends, so I think I would like to give this certain medication a try, I'm met with "that is an outdated form of treatment) but come to find out that he still provides this "outdated form of treatment" by friends that work at a partnering pharmacy so it's like my thoughts don't even matter. When you do have an office visit the staff is in a constant state of disarray and look as if you're being an inconvenience to them . The comedic part is they have the Unmitigated gall to ask for a $100 a year "administrative fee" they started asking for 2 years ago and this will be my second year paying this, hoping that the care would get better and I would actually be listened to. He is intelligent, current on recent developments, and best of all, he is kind. He is kind in an authentic way, not in a "high five you then forget about you when he walks away" kind of way. The thing that made it bearable was Dr. Esmille due to the fact that I was with him before he went to this practice. I believe nobody should be let go for a confused missed appointment. The office manager is not the nicest to work with and it certainly takes two or three days to get to her. She said the new Dr is on a pregnancy leave , but I just feel like they knew they needed to be staffed a long time before the doctor left and another doctor went on a leave of absence ,so why are you not staffed fully for your practice.

Facebook group sends out recommendations for those seeking good doctors, it usually rolls for 20 and 30 minutes with reviews and Dr. Krzeski is amongst the top recommendations there. Seriously though, this man is one of the best physicians in his field. Humorous, funny, non-egotistical, respectful, and makes kids feels soooo comfortable. We love this man.
